Bayberry is an inviting, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, centrally air conditioned, canal front townhome that sleeps up to 6 people with 1 Queen, 1 Queen Sleep Sofa, and 2 Twin beds. This island getaway is the perfect spot for enjoying the Fresh Salt Air from the first floor deck or the second floor balcony that has a view of the Chincoteague Channel. Upon entering the home on the first floor you will be greeted by a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave, ½ bath, and an inviting living room with a queen sleep sofa. The second floor offers two bedrooms, the Master with a Queen bed, balcony, and a full bath, the second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bath.
Please bring your own sheets (2 Queen, 2 Twin), towels and washcloths. This home has a NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. We ask that you leave the home in a neat and tidy condition.

Summary: House was well stocked, great location and view. Very quiet neighborhood and we loved crabbing off of the dock. We appreciated the nice crabbing equipment stored under the deck too. Thanks so much!

Summary: Our Townhouse was perfect. The place was clean and well stocked. We loved the view and appreciated the crabbing equipment. Beautiful sunsets and close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: The condo was a wonderful place to stay for our family of five. Plenty of room, clean, bright and a great location for a quick drive to the beach. The dock and crabbing was a lot of fun and watching the wildlife was great. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: This house was clean and quiet. We particularly liked having the dock available to hang out by the water. The house was very quiet, and we were not really able to hear the people vacationing in the house next to us.

Summary: We planned a quick trip to our favorite family spot. The location was great with a nice quiet dock out back for the kids to go crabbing. There was even a large trap and net at the property for us to borrow. The unit was very clean and had paper towels, soap, coffee filters, etc for us to use. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. The multiple bathrooms were great for a family with 3 teens. We would recommend this unit to anyone and will be back!
