Positive: Modern hotel, close to metro station and EPFL campus. Rooms and beds are comfortable, there are good curtains and the room can be made comfortably dark and quiet. It lives up to the zleep name, I slept very well. I had a window to the courtyard but I heard that with a window to the road it is too loud to keep it open. Air-conditioning is available and quite good. Breakfast was simple, but nice. Especially the quality of the bread was very good.
Negative: There is very little in the neighbourhood (very few restuarants/bars etc), it is still partially being built, and the hotel is also not very easy to find. So you are dependent on the metro, which is conveniently close, only a few minute walk, but it goes past a construction site at the moment, which is a bit creepy in the dark.

Negative: Automatic sun curtains were going up and down all the time, stuff told because of storm. In the evening an in the morning we heard sound of dropping weights at 0 floor gym. I do not like the open toilet/shower concept, especially when travelling not alone. You just hear and smell everything.
Summary: Clean new hotel. To do list not finished yet.
