Summary: Cute apartment, great vbiew of water from room. It is seperate from main Inn, you have to cross the street to check in, and get coffee or participate in activites and pool, etc. But very nice, clean comfortable room. They did provide coffee maker (not K Cup, full pot), but should have had something like a (sugar, powdered creamer, ) pack

Summary: The property is wonderful. We've stayed onsite a few times, both in the main facility and the Inn. We prefer the Inn even with the walk to the pool because the water views (and sunrise and/or sunset) are spectacular. The facilities are wonderful and have recently been updated. The indoor/outdoor pool and the indoor and outdoor hot tubs are always clean and comfy. the staff is friendly and helpful. The units themselves have always been in great shape with comfortable beds and furniture, and everything you need in a full kitchen (if you plan to use it). The Club is in a great location right in the center of town so it's an easy walk (even in rough weather) to local restaurants, bars, and shopping. We head to Newport every January and this is our preferred place to stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful getaway. We ended up having to change our dates and the host was very responsive. Everything was clean and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Summary: Great stay in Newport! Beautiful view from the room of the water! Easy walk to downtown, and the staff was so friendly! We would definitely stay here again! Koala was also great with answering my questions before the trip! Highly recommend!

Summary: Amazing views from the room. The room was better than we expected. The staff was great. The location was perfect. A lot of restaurants, shops, and scenic views within easy walking distance. Catching the bridge to Jamestown and other places to the west was easy and quick, less than five minutes. Am definitely thinking about staying there again.

Overlooking the boats and sunsets from the room or rooftop were incredible!
