Summary: Wonderful stay! Very clean and comfortable. This resort is centrally located--a perfect location for a stay in Newport. My only critique is the parking. We booked a room for 6 people and were only allowed to park one vehicle with no options for additional cars. We had to scramble for parking as we were there for a family wedding and had 3 vehicles. Keep this in mind when booking this property. This was the reason for 4 overall stars.

Summary: Girls weekend for my 18-year old daughter to celebrate her birthday. Fun time enjoying the pool and spa, sky diving, delicious dinner and more. Newport never disappoints.

Summary: Started off wonderful check in was smooth except for the parking. 2 bedroom Condo accommodates 6 adults but one parking space. Poor planning. Then there was a fire that knocked out the air conditioning with no alarm heard, no evacuation and no notice about the air conditioning not working. With temps in the 90’s leaving the windows closed was deadly. Then they offered window units but not enough for every room. Temp was over 85 degrees in our condo. Our 95 year old mother had to sit in front of an open window to be any kind of comfortable. We had a late check out but left very early as the condo was just to hot. My biggest concern is no fire alarm or Notification of the fire and lack of air conditioning.
