Enjoy a well deserved vacation at this Water Front Resort. Your 1 Br condo is just across the street from the famous Newport Lobster Seaport and Harbor and is a 2 minute walk to downtown Newport!.
In the Master you have a king size bed, Large flatscreen HD TV and the Master bath has a very large Jacuzzi Tub with shower. The Living room has a Queen sleeper sofa which can accommodate 2 comfortably, along with another Large flatscreen HD TV. Your condo is fully furnished and equipped with full size refrigerator/Freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with coffee included, flatware, glassware and all of the cookware you need to enjoy yourself.
The grounds have plenty to do with a fitness center, BBQ grills, indoor/outdoor heated pools, spa, game center, movie theater, and so much more. With only minutes to downtown Newport, you can take in all of the sights that makes this such a fantastic water town, from the Cliff Walk, Bellevue Ave. Mansions, Tennis Hall of Fame, and a huge selection of restaurants and shops.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The resort pool will be undergoing renovation from Mar. 8, 2024, through Aug. 12 , 2024, for renovation. During this time, renovations are also being done to the exterior Main building.
At time of booking, please provide the name and address with zip of just 1 adult who will be present at check in. It is important to note that the guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 21 years old at time of check in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in, as if this has to be changed, Wyndham charges $129 for a new guest certificate. Summary: Location of Property 5 star! Just do not book this property thru VRBO. They do not update their calendar. Just because it states your dates are available, they may not be. Which has never happened to me on VRBO. Since this was a last minute trip we had very options. Then when we get to the property we were told not to mention we rented thru VRBO. The property was not ready at the 4:00 check in and they wanted To know how we found the property. Overall really negative vibe to start the vacation. We Would have felt welcome booking with Wyndham.

Summary: Excellent location. Walking distance to the marina and great restaurants. Would appeal to families. Comfortable beds. Quiet location but easy to walk to where the action is. We had access to an upper deck in a nearby building with spectacular views of the harbor. Very reasonably priced compared to nearby hotels..

Summary: This property was perfect for our stay in Newport. It was right on the water with a beautiful view. It was centrally located and within walking distance to the shopping district. Owner was nice and communicated with us to find out if we needed anything and to see if we were satisfied. Excellent experience!

Summary: Place is exactly as advertised. Is quirky to have the entrance into the bedroom, but not a problem for just the two of us using the place. Only problem was the check-in, I get the sense there is somebody in between owner and guest that doesn't have it all put together. Thankfully the staff of the place were incredibly accommodating even though they didn't get what they needed to register us. After that however, we had a great stay.

Summary: Great location! Stayed here for the Newport jazz festival. Location is excellent. Great view. Very convenient to restaurants and shops. Ample parking. Easy access to swimming pool in adjacent Wyndham property, which my son enjoyed. Highly recommend.
