COMPLETELY RENOVATED and CLOSEST GREENS VILLA TO BEACH! 105 The Greens is clean and has a Bright and Cheerful Open Concept Kitchen and living area. Enjoy the HHI active lifestyle and beach living with all the comforts of home including a desk area to work effectively while remote.
Our beautifully renovated two story villa comes with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths inside The Greens community of Shipyard. Enjoy the cleanliness and upgrades you deserve while on vacation. Plus, no neighbors above or below you. Relax on your own private deck with views of the #6 green on Shipyard Golf club's Galleon course. If you love the beach, our villa is the closest (less than a 5 minute walk) which is very convenient for families. Enjoy the use of our beach chairs and keep your things secure in our beach locker. The walk/bike trail is situated right outside the door, which takes you straight to the beach and the Shipyard Beach Club.
There are new 55" HD Smart TVs for the family room and primary bedroom provided for your enjoyment with upgraded digital cable with high speed internet throughout. To add more comfort for our guests, a new queen size bed has been added to the 2nd bedroom, along with a twin bed.
Enjoy the updated pool within a 3 minute walk. Bikers and joggers of all ages will find paths that wind throughout Shipyard and across the island, providing a tranquil tour of the surroundings. For tennis players, the Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club is conveniently located across the street. The Racquet Club offers private tennis lessons and clinics for both adults and children from beginners to advanced players. For golfers, the Shipyard Golf Club, the former home of the Hilton Head Seniors International, offers 27 holes of golf.
We also have an arrangement with a local bike company to give discounted rates to our guests. Their bikes, which come with a basket and lock, are in great condition so you know what to expect - no surprises the day of your arrival.
A keyless lock has been added for your convenience. No worries about getting keys.

It is nestled between Sea Pines and Palmetto Dunes and only a few miles from the Harbour Town Lighthouse. Coligny Plaza, with over 70 stores, restaurants and coffee house is a close bike ride away or a 5 minute drive. For those who love to shop, the Tanger Outlets are only a 20 minute drive. For added safety, exterior motion detection Ring cameras are located on the shed covering the area of the front walk and parking lot.

Summary: We loved our stay. Everything was fully renovated and bright. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to make dinner. Brad and Lori were amazing hosts, they communicated before we arrived and even checked in mid-week just to see how our vacation was going. I highly recommend staying here!

Summary: We had such and amazing stay at this villa. It was clean, comfortable, and very close to the beach. The villa is spacious with comfortable beds. Owners provided some of the necessities such as bath towels, linens, and toiletries. Washing machine and a dryer were so great to have. All appliances were in working condition. Owners take great care of this rental and it shows. We were very happy and will return in the future.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was so clean and spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals. I appreciated the no shoes upstairs (carpet) rule they have. My husband and I don't wear shoes in our own home and ask others to remove them upon entering our house, so it was nice to know the carpets we were walking on were clean. The king bed was so comfortable, felt just like our own mattress at home, and we both agreed it was the best sleep we've ever had on vacation because of the comfort of the bed. Short walk to the beach, about 5-7 minutes depending on how much stuff we were carrying. It was really nice they allow renters to use their beach chairs. We have our own, but it was helpful not to have to pack them and bring them along! Very beautiful and quiet property, I would stay here again if we were to take another trip to HHI.

Summary: We have stayed in The Greens units several times over the last 10 years. We really liked the updates made to this unit. The kitchen layout is fantastic and provided a lot more room to move around than other units. We appreciated the start up soaps, shampoo, paper towels and toilet paper. Most of these items we didn’t even have to replace during our one week stay. This property is a short walk to the beach and the bike path around Shipyard is always enjoyable and not heavy with traffic.
