117 Greens is a well-appointed, two-bedroom, non-smoking, Greens Villa located in Shipyard that comes with a BEACH LOCKER and BEACH CHAIRS. 117 Greens is one of the closest villas to the beach within the Greens and only a 5-minute walk or a short bike ride.
We have owned the villa for 22 years and have constantly updated and renovated it yearly. For 2025, the entire first floor was remodeled. We opened up the kitchen with new cabinets, countertops and appliances. The living room has new furniture and all new patio doors. For 2023, the 2nd floor was remodeled with new bathrooms, carpet and washer and dryer.
Many of our guests come back year after year. Our 100+ Five Star reviews say it all.
Two key features that aren't included in many other Greens Units are the BEACH LOCKER and the KEYLESS ENTRY system. No more lugging your stuff each day to the beach or trying to park. Bring it one time at the beginning of the week and avoid the parking hassle by riding the bikes or taking the golf cart shuttle which is steps from the front door. The locker is large enough to hold your beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys.
The villa has keyless entry and is privately managed. As result, you do not have to wait in long lines to register and pick-up keys; you can begin your vacation immediately when you get on the island. No more worrying about who has the key!
The kitchen is stocked with all necessary kitchen equipment even a giant stock pot to make a low country shrimp boil.
The living room features all wood flooring and new furniture and ROKU enabled smart TV. The living room sliding glass doors leads to a private deck with stunning view of the No. 6 Green of the Shipyard Galleon Golf Course. A full-size Weber grill is included.
Both bedrooms are on the second level, with the main bedroom having a view of the golf course. The main bedroom includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, television, and has its own private bath with walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is furnished with two full beds, a ceiling fan, and has access to the hall bath on this level with a tub/shower combination. There is also a half bath on the main level. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located on the second floor.
The Greens is located across from the world-famous Van de Meer Shipyard Tennis Center and the Sonesta Beach Resort. The Greens is situated around beautiful fairways and manicured grounds. This townhome community is also only a short walk to golf, tennis, and provides easy access to the many bike trails in Shipyard. There is also a private gated pool in the community for the exclusive enjoyment of the Greens' guests.
Parking fees are $25/car at a limit of two per rental.

Summary: This is our third time in Hilton Head staying in the Greens in Shipyard and this unit is now our favorite. Proximity to the beach doesn't get much better as well as the view from the deck overlooking one of the course greens. The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet. This unit has a couple of things that make it a standout over other units that we have stayed in. 1) The deck faces north so you can sit out on the deck anytime of the day and not have the sun beating down on you. While we love a sunrise/sunset facing view but they can make it too hot to sit outside at certain times. Not so with this unit we had breakfast, lunch and dinners outside. 2) The use of a beach locker. This was more valuable than we anticipated since we spent a lot of time at the beach. We stored our chairs and umbrella in the locker and grabbed them when we got to the beach. We essentially walked to the beach with our towels and water bottles. This is a feature that we have not had in the past and it was really great. Communication with the owners was excellent - it was clear they wanted to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Will are planning to return next year.

Summary: What a terrific Villa in Shipyard! We were in town for the wedding at the pavilion in Sonesta. This villa is very close to the beach so if you're looking for close - without paying for "on" the beach - this is a great choice. Sitting on 6 green of the Galleon course at Shipyard Golf Club, it offers a beautiful setting looking out the back. Even through all of the rain & cloudiness during the week of our stay, it was a lovely view. The villa is clean, nicely appointed, and very spacious! It offered everything (and more) that we needed. The master bedroom was roomy with plenty of storage in the dresser & walk-in closet. The bed & pillows there were divine! The mattress was comfy and having extra pillows is perfect! The second bedroom was very roomy as well. The kitchen & dining area both look out to the back or the front (from the kitchen) as well if you're standing/looking that way. The office off to the kitchen was perfect for us as we worked remotely during our trip. Wifi worked very well. Half bath (downstairs) was nice to have as well. The living room was comfy and great for relaxing in the evening. The villa and Shipyard area are close to many restaurants and shopping in the area as well. The communication from the owners was OUTSTANDING!! They offered complete information about their place and communicated with us from shortly after our booking through our stay and beyond! We HIGHLY recommend this villa! Thank you to the owners for a wonderful stay!

Summary: We had a great time in Hilton Head. The condo was an easy walk to the beach. It was very clean and communication with the owner was friendly and easy. The condo was very spacious and even had a pull out couch, but we didn't need it. Lot of kitchen essentials, nice bathrooms. We really appreciated the washer/dryer bring upstairs. Over all it was a great stay.

Summary: Condo was awesome, I would say one of the best stocked condos we have stayed in! Owners were very easy to work with, and communication was great. The beach locker was such a plus, we didn’t have to carry our beach gear every day. Hilton Head is one of our favorite vacation spots, we come often, and would definitely love to stay here again.

Summary: We have visited HHI for years now and most of those stays have been at Shipyard, and specifically at The Greens. We really love the proximity to the beach (short walk or bike ride), etc. Although we have had lots of great experiences, our stay at 117 The Greens was one of the best experiences we have had. The updates, the beach locker, the bikes, and the fantastic hosts, made this a wonderful experience! Overall, the villa was well equipped, clean, and updated (definitely as advertised). The hosts were very friendly and checked to ensure everything we needed. Overall, great experience!

Summary: Our family was very pleased with this Greens condo. It was close to the beach, had a nice view of the golf course, clean, decorated nicely, and had a kitchen that was well equipped! Summary: Our family of 5 stayed here. Great condo-10 minute walk to the beach. Spacious and right on the golf course. We loved watching the golfers. Plenty of room-really liked the upstairs/downstairs set up. Clean and comfy beds. Alex was a good communicator. Beach locker was a bonus. Would go back! We love Shipyard!
