Summary: Location was good -just slept here really. Hallways in apartment building off-putting as very rundown and poorly maintained. Apartment itself certainly better. No elevator however this is disclosed in description. Suggestions to improve -- lamp in living room switch knob missing. Need a toaster and dish towels in kitchen. Address dirty ceiling in bathroom especially over shower.

Summary: First, there is not any pictures of the outside of building and misleading information on what type of property it is on the listing. We pulled up to the property and it was an apartment complex in a poor location of town. Dumpsters were overflowing, trash all around on the ground by dumpsters that you can see from our apartment. Second, as soon as we walked inside the door of the building we were hit in face with a strong smell of Marijuana from one of the apartments that was coming into our apartment on the 3th floor of the building. Contacted the property owner expressing my concers of safety and the drug use asking if he would give us a refund if we were to leave and find something else, he would not. Third, no information was given about the wifi password had to contact property owner for it and was only given the code to get in the door a few hours before our arrival only because we contacted him by phone. Mold on bathroom ceiling and on shower curtain when we arrived also the floors were so nasty that if you walked barefoot on them your feet were black even after I wet mopped them myself 3 times. Would not stay at this property again!!
