Summary: The location and size of the home were great. The place could use a deep clean and change the listing to no pool access as community cards were not included in the stay to access all community amenities. Overall we enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Summary: We stayed here to go to a concert at FedEx Field (about 25 min away), to visit DC (20 min to New Carrollton orange line metro) and go to Medieval Times (about 20 min away). The location was great for all of our travels. The townhouse is in a quiet, suburban neighborhood and was clean. The guest contact was very responsive to any questions/issues. The host provided some amenities in each bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, soaps, lotion) and toilet paper which was a nice touch. The front door is difficult to lock with the keyless entry (has to line up perfectly) and the gas range was finicky to light. The entire house could use fresh paint and the yard needs weeded/mowed. On the whole, a decent place to stay when visiting the DC/Baltimore/Annapolis area though.

Summary: My family stayed here to go to a concert at FedEx Field and visit Washington DC museums, monuments, etc. It is about a 20 min drive to the New Carrollton metro and easily accessible to the MARC train, too. The townhouse is in a safe, suburban MD neighborhood. The air conditioning worked well and the beds were decently comfortable. The gas range in the kitchen is a concern and needs replaced as it is difficult to light and does not turn off well. The unit itself needs landscaping/trimming done outside as it was very overgrown. The unit could also use some updates and more cooking supplies in the kitchen. Also the front door with the key code is very difficult to lock and has to be pushed in a very specific amount or it will not lock. The host was responsive to any questions, however and did try to do anything they could to help with our stay. Overall, an okay place to stay if you are going into DC, Baltimore or a concert at FedEx field, but be aware of those issues.

Summary: The house was very nice and so spacious! We ran into a couple of problems the first day but they were easily fixed/ figured out. The second day there we noticed the AC was not working properly so we contacted our point of contact for our stay and it was handled very fast. Overall it was a good stay and the contact person was very responsive. Great area as well.
