The apartment is totally for you, and as a guest you can easy access to all the amenities on the condo that will make your stay unforgettable.
All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.
Everything is walking distance - beach, restaurants, bars, shopping centers, supermarkets, and of course, the incredible 5th Avenue !! You will be on the right place to experience the mix of the local and touristic lifestyle.
The accommodation is within a 2-minute walk of Quinta Avenida, around 10 minutes from the beach and main services. Its easy to get a taxy or rent a bike to go around town too.
The rate you have paid includes 20kwats of electricity per night, in which case you will be charged. The cost of the extra kwat is $ 8 MXN.
The cleaning fee you paid is to clean the accommodation upon your departure. In case you require additional cleaning during your stay, these have an extra cost and are subject to availability.
