Spacious 1 bedroom with 2 smart TV's, desk to work, wifi (50mbs download; 10mbs upload), fully equipped kitchen, balcony perfect to enjoy the sunset while drinking a cup of coffee or tea.
The condo has an incredible rooftop pool with sea view. It is a great location where both the local and tourist vibes mix. Everything is within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and other main services.
You have private access to the apartment and shared access to the rooftop with an infinity pool, sundeck, tables, chairs, and grill to spend time watching the sunset.
There is free unassigned parking that is available for use.
You will also have free shared access to the washer and dryer units located in the garage.
All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. There are several people in charge of messaging with you guests. We need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.
THE CONDO IS LOCATED DOWNTOWN, off of 5th Avenue. Mixed vibes of local and tourist experiences. You can walk around and have access to many of the main services.
The accommodation is within a 2-minute walk of Quinta Avenida, around 10 minutes from the beach and main services. It's easy to get a taxi or rent a bike to go around town too.
The rate you pay includes 10kwatts of electricity per night. In case you go over, the cost of the extra kwat is $8 MXN.
Common areas are just for guests and owners, no visitors are allowed.
