Positive: Close to beach (10 minute walk) and right next to fifth avenue restaurants and shops. Relatively quiet at night in the bedroom which is at the back of the apartment. AC and internet worked well. Alejandra was friendly and helpful. There is a washing machine that we could book to use. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was small but worked well for our 7 week stay.
Negative: There was a lot of construction noise during the day except on Sunday. We had to provide the property manager with the names and IDs in photo front and back of any visitors we received, and also notify her of the days and times in which they entered the apartment.

Positive: Great value for your dollar. Fantastic location not to far from the center and quick walking access to the beautiful Playa 88.
Negative: The dishes has probably not been used for a long time. It was extremely dusty. We had to wash everything before using it.
