Great challenge and great location close to beaches and only 30 minutes from the #1 beach in the USA (2017) Siesta Key. Condo is fully furnished and has private pool access as well as tennis and work out facility near by within walking distance (pay to play). Located in Venice, central to Tampa, Sarasota, Punta Gorda, Ft Myers and Naples. Seasonal rental available. Minimum 3 week stay. Property is well maintained and in really nice condition.

Summary: Cozy condo minutes from darling downtown Venice and central to several beautiful beaches. Beautiful heated pool and friendly community. Brand new Costco and Publix minutes away. Huge lanai with a lovely view of the golf course. Our only complaint is the condition of the recliner - it needs to be replaced!

Summary: The property exceeded our expectations. The property was very clean and well maintained, and in excellent condition. Everything we needed was perfect for our one month stay. The king size bed was very comfortable, definitely a plus! The complex was very quiet and perfect for seniors. The host was excellent with communication, quickly responded to any questions and checked to see if we needed anything during our stay. We would definitely stay at this property in the future, and with this host. Thank you for a perfect stay in Venice, Florida!

Summary: We enjoyed it very much, we will definitely come back. An apartment in which nothing is missing. Very good location with stunning views of the golf course and a small lake. Very nice pool just a few steps away. Some beaches can be reached quickly after a short drive. Shopping, like Walmart, just 7 minutes by car. Very nice and friendly neighbors. We felt completely comfortable. Larry an excellent landlord.

Summary: Very clean, spacious condo only minutes from the beach. Nice large pool with grill provided as well. Loved the location. Visited the beach near us, but also drive down to Naples and up to Sarasota for some different sight seeing. Larry, the owner was extremely accommodating and always got back with us on any questions promptly. There are also beach towels, beach chairs, and bikes provided! Would definitely go back!
