Updated 1940's beach cottage with all the comforts of home! One of THREE cottages available (VRBO #501808, #621877 and 827904), FOR LONGER RESERVATIONS (28 nights+) PLEASE SEND A MESSAGE FOR RATES. Ground floor fourplex, Your private residence includes, WIFI, your own fenced-in and private, beautifully landscaped back yard with deck , hammock and dining area with charcoal BBQ. Two private bedrooms, master with King bed accommodations and HDTV, second bedroom has 2 twin beds with 32' HDTV, and full size sofa bed in living area when necessary. All HDTV's include Roku with Netflix subscription. Our cottage includes your own stacked washer and dryer, beach chairs and towels, Kitchen with oven/microwave and all the amenities of home! Charcoal grill for your outdoor barbecues, and Netflix subscription for those lazy nights inside! Your own private entrance, walk across the street to outdoor terrace dining! Rent a bicycle/surfboard/paddleboard on our block or take a surf lesson! Walk for coffee, breakfast, dining and entertainment on Cottage Row! Too many restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance to name, you can also enjoy a little of the Cocoa Beach nightlife without having to use your car! Summary: The cottage was just so amazing. I was not ready to go. I just love the location.. Walking distance to everywhere. I love the plants. The cottage decor. I am a crafty lady. I just love the feel of home on the beach inside the cottage. I just can't think of anything you left out. I will NEVER get a another cottage if it doesn't have what you offered me. I'm spoiled.. Thanks for having me. I did relax. Being a disabled veteran with polyarthritis l didn't have no problem getting into the shower.. BIG. THANKS. THANKS THANKS FOR LETTING ME STAY.. I will be back.. Summary: Nice and very lovely decorated home, we loved it. The only negative point is the proximity to a fairly busy road, so if you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs with you :)

Summary: This place was an absolute treat! The beach house itself was perfect for what we needed. It was cozy, clean, the backyard and all was so laid back, It was the most loveliest spot we could of asked for. Everything was so close by in walking distance.Definitely one we will never forgrtt and cant wait to return back!

Summary: My boyfriend and I stayed in the cottage for our vacation and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect! Less than 5 min walk to the beach and tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We barely moved our car. We had a great time and will be back!

Summary: We absolutley loved this cottage. It's minutes from the beach, walking. They had boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella for use. It was so clean and cute. Loved throwing the swimsuits and towels in the dryer each night. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house, but it was a great place to relax and unwind. Would highly reccommend.
