Positive: The house is beautiful, really well equipped and in a great location. Checking in was very easy and communication in advance was quick and clear. The area is great for a family to explore the east coast and there is lots to do in the area. Beautiful sunrise location.
Negative: There was beach renovation taking place as we arrived (13 April 2025). For 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, there was noisy machinery and almost constant beeping until gone midnight and restarting at 6.30am. We also did not have easy access to the beach for our last day - something that the listing sells the property on and one of the key reasons we booked this house for our family. We appreciate there is nothing the owners could do about the works on the beach but I would have expected advance notice that this was taking place. When I contacted the management company they said they would get back in touch about this but I have yet to hear back from them. This is not a cheap property and the disturbance was considerable, going on until late into the night and restarting a few hours later (gone 2am one night). It's a real shame because this is a beautiful property but the disturbance ruined the end of a very special holiday.

Positive: Location, views, beach access was second to none. House was clean and had plenty of room. Two washers/dryers very convenient. Chairs, games, towels made beach time fun & easy. Marie was very responsive during our stay.
Negative: A third bathroom would be the perfect addition..and mattresses a little too soft but a small inconvenience at most

Positive: Super bright and well equipped house. Photos were 100% accurate! Walk over the sand dunes and you’re on a wide Atlantic beach! Owner/host thought of everything you need to enjoy the house and beach - kitchen was fully equipped, ready for cooking and feeding 10, or ready for drinks inside or outside in the cute tiki bar. Top quality appliances, large and small, plus an assortment of basic seasoning and condiments. We didn’t use them due to cooler temps, but the garage contained 2 sets of washer/dryers AND an extensive selection of beach and yard toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Mattresses were the same in all 4 beds, a bit too soft for me but everyone else loved them. Baths were fully equipped with soaps, shampoos, conditioners, etc… You just need to show up with your personal potions & creams, clothes and groceries. Everything else is provided!
Negative: Yard sprinklers came on while we were outside in the yard. Host should provide instructions on how to temporarily turn them off, or provide the schedule. Other than that minor thing, the house was excellent.
Summary: Fantastic, fully equipped and perfectly situated beach house - great for large family or friends group. Priceless!

Positive: This is an absolutely stunning house, in a beautiful seafront location - the beach is just over a couple of sand dunes at the bottom of the yard. We had a lot of fun playing by the sea, eating in the private "Tiki bar", and enjoying the sunrise through the master bedroom window.
Negative: Such a wonderful place -it was very hard to leave!
