Close to Palaise de Justice on a charming street just off the main thoroughfare, the apartment is incredibly spacious with a loft-inspired feel, thanks to the large ceiling beams and tall French windows. The spacious living room (40 sq m) is complemented by a modern kitchen and a walk-in shower. The apartment features three comfortable double bedrooms.

While this apartment offers a lively, central location with many wonderful amenities just steps away, we want to let you know that, as is typical in Old Nice, the early morning rubbish collection can be heard, especially with the narrow streets and the reversing rubbish truck. It’s part of the city’s charm, but if you’re sensitive to noise or looking for complete silence, you may want to consider a quieter location further out of town.
