Summary: The location is unbeatable, the property is very cozy and the host is excellent. Their communication is very fast and reliable. The only issue we had was that the internet connection was slow, but we worked around it by purchasing a mobile data SIM card.

Summary: Although the entry stairwell is a bit sketchy, the apartment above is well worth it. Sitting on the balcony in the evening and watching the activity in Rossetti place square was great. Washing machine has a 14 minute cycle, so you can do a quick wash in the morning and have it hanging before you go out to tour around. Bed was on the firm side, as was the couch for sleeping. Would stay here again though

Summary: My daughter and I came to Nice for her senior spring break, it was our first time to Europe. We were very happy with the location of this apartment, close to everything. It was beautiful, exactly as shown in photos! It was a short walk to the tram and bus stations, and we walked the little streets of Old Town Nice every night. Close to the market, so many delicious restaurants and bars… we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Summary: We couldn't have been happier with this apartment for our stay in Nice! It had everything we needed and then some! The location can't be beat! It was so convenient to everything we wanted to do, and the view is just spectacular! It was spacious and modern, and we loved all the natural light from the windows. Everything was comfy, and it was so nice that our daughter had her own bathroom. I am big on ironing, and the iron was top notch! We didn't have any issues, and Val was great at communicating. Maybe it's because it was cold outside, but we didn't have any noise issues from outside. We loved our stay there, and we would definitely highly recommend!!

Summary: Spacious updated second floor apartment in an old building on Place Rossetti. Central to most everything and a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and transportation. Val is very easy to deal with and responsive. The terrace and second bathroom are a plus.

Summary: Very central location in the old town, great for exploring on foot, but noisy on the square at night. Not as spacious as it looks in the photos and not much thought has gone into equipping the apartment. For example the lighting is too bright in the bedroom and too dark in the kitchen! Cooker in the kitchen is not easy to use, only 1 of 3 spotlights in the shower room were working. AirCon was effective though. So the apartment was OK but not good value for money. .
