Positive: It is in a remote hillside location overlooking a portion of Clear Lake. It is very quiet and the house offers peace and tranquility. It is a great place to stay and unwind, do nothing but read and enjoy the lake view.
Negative: More kitchen plates, cereal bowls, eating utensils are needed. Also, some kitchen appliances need to be updated such as the dishwasher. There is no garbage disposal. The hills are extremely dry. All vegetation is like hay, very dry and brittle. Steps should be taken so cut back some of this that is growing on the property or very close to it. If a fire ever started it would spread rapidly.

Negative: The only downside for us was no fenced area to retain our dogs

Positive: The house is beautiful. The view is amazing. Quiet, Large yard. Secure and away from neighbors. Kitchen, living room and bedrooms spacious, beds are very comfortable. Clean and well stocked. Beautiful view. Seperate heating and cooling for every room. We had a fire every night in the fireplace insert. Deer roaming around the property in the morning. The owner is only a phone call away if needed. We will definitely come back. My sons and I caught fish 15-20 lb range both days. It was an all around amazing stay. Thank you.

Positive: I loved the view and the cleanliness of the property. I loved the keyless entry and alarm - that made us feel safer. We even saw a fawn wander onto the property and munch on some of the grass. The bed was comfortable. It was a wonderful stay. We’d love to stay again.
