Summary: The place was old and in need of a paint job. The ceiling had a 3/4" crack that went from one end to the other. It was a raining weekend with a lot of wind and our joke was that the roof was going to fall in on us. All in all, not what we expected but we didn't pay a lot for it either and it gave us everything we needed.

Summary: Nothing fancy but cottage is right on the water, the neighbors are very friendly and helpful if any issues came up. Central location to all the sites and perfect price point for me. I will stay here again when staying in Lake County.
