3 Bedroom House in Clearlake

This is a 3 bedroom, two bath home on the lake with access to Pirates Cove. The Living room, kitchen and master bedroom all have lake views. There is a private dock on the cove side of the property for easy access. We have a covered patio with ceiling fans. The back patio is fully fenced with gates to the beach and front yard. Very child friendly ;).
Boat to restaurants or golf across the lake. Excellent swimming, waterskiing, fishing and sailing off the dock. Free wifi, smart TV , cable.
Our home is equipped with A/C and forced air heater, wifi, indoor washer/dryer, outdoor kitchen with gas bbq, sink and concrete counter tops.
We have space for trailer parking in front of the house.

Summary: Loved being on the lakefront. Dock is completely child proofed. Incredibly complete kitchen supplies! Owner easily accessible. Quiet location. Unfortunately, lake had algae bloom while we were there so no swimming. We rented a pontoon boat and had a fun morning exploring the lake.

Summary: Dad and I had talked about taking a fishing trip together for years, so I finally pulled the trigger and set it up. The lakeside property was perfect! We rented a boat from Disney’s rentals in Lakeport and docked in the cove in the back, fished in the mornings, napped in the wonderful AC in the heat of the the day, and then fished and bbqed into the evening. Summary: Excellent communication, great location, beautiful view of the lake. Becky was incredibly responsive, responding within hours of a request. This was an excellent family weekend, plenty of room, large covered deck with plenty of seating , never had to leave the deck to fish and all of the amenities that you need to spend the weekend without ever leaving the house. We would definitely recommend this property, we'll certainly return again!! Thank you for a great weekend that our family will cherish for years to come.

Summary: My family did a wonderful 2 week stay at Becky’s place. The views are fantastic and the place is incredibly secluded. We brought our 2.5 year old, and the deck is perfectly enclosed for parental comfort. Every edge has a stable railing and locked gate. The deck is aging however, and I’d strongly recommend wearing your flip flops at all times on the wood. There are a couple of places where we worried about the screws if we went barefoot. All of that said, this is exactly what we were looking for and would consider returning.

Summary: I came to Clearlake to pre-fish a Bass tourney. This property location was ideal for me. The communication with the owners was excellent. The house was clean and everything worked perfect! We will definitely stay here again.
