The development is comprised of 10 properties, of which 3 are part of our vacation rental program, and all other properties are private residences.
Alize Villa is a modern 4-bedroom property with a private pool, tropical gardens, and direct access via a private pathway to the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Long Bay Beach.
In addition, the guest has access to the shared tennis court in the development.
LOCATION:
The Turks and Caicos Islands of Providenciales is renowned for its stunning beaches, with Long Bay Beach near the very top of the list of jaw-dropping settings. Named in the world’s top 10 best island beaches by Conde Nast, Long Bay is the perfect location for those wishing to escape and unwind or enjoy water sports that make the most of the idyllic ocean setting, such as kiteboarding, kayaking and sailing.
Whether you’re an action man or a laid-back lad, The Shore Club is a gentle five-minute walk up the beach, where you will be rewarded with a choice of bars and fine dining restaurants.
Further afield – and a short drive – is Grace Bay, where the numerous delights include a choice of luxury, fine dining restaurants, bars, and shops. If golf is your bag, Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club is a mere 2.5 miles away, and the Blue Haven Yacht Marina isn’t much further, located 4 miles along the coast and perfect for an afternoon or evening stroll, people-watching, and boat-spotting.

UTILITIES
The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.
All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

Summary: We loved our stay at Alize Villa! Long Bay Beach is stunning and just a short walk away and it was amazing to have beach chairs setup daily for our group by the host. The house fit our group well with quiet and private bedrooms and lots of common space indoors and outdoors. Lots nearby from the marina and Grace Bay. I would definitely return to Turks and stay with this host. Thanks!

Summary: The property was perfect for 4 Couples. It was just a short walk to which seemed like a private beach for our group and to a few accommodating resorts. It was also an easy drive to numerous dining places, the golf course, and other water sport adventure establishments. The home was clean and spacious. The bedrooms downstairs gave our group couples private space while the spacious kitchen and living area upstairs allowed for a little together time to reminisce. The check in and check out process was simple with easy to understand documentation. Finally, the communication process while we were on the property was excellent and TKCA was very responsive to our questions and needs. This property is a definite recommendation for a Couples Island Getaway

Even though it states that the beach is a few minutes away. It’s definitely a slight trek. Overall the location was amazing, close to everything. And the property was clean. Definitely will recommend.
