3 Bedroom Condo in Northlake, Anderson

Located approximately 1 mile off I 85 exit 19 in Anderson, SC and furnished for your long term comfort and enjoyment. Parking for 2 vehicles. Recent exterior updates not pictured including the gray color scheme. Complete kitchen, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. View of the pool and Lake Hartwell with a 48 hour courtesy dock available. Only 12 miles to Clemson University to enjoy football, basketball, baseball etc, The Walker Golf course and other college activities of Clemson and Anderson Universities. Also enjoy a visit to the beautiful S.C. Botanical Gardens. Very close to excellent restaurants, shopping, civic center and easy access to interstate 85.
This condo has three bedrooms and two full baths to comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests with a maximum of 6 guests allowed. The kitchen is well equipped if you like cooking some of your own meals. The living room has a flat screen hdTV with free cable like streaming service. Wifi, electricity, cable/streaming service, water and garbage bins are all included in monthly pricing. This condo is perfect for professionals who are working in the area temporarily or a family transitioning to Anderson. We also accept mature students, snowbirds and sport fishing pros. We are experienced in providing a pleasant stay for our guests. We no longer offer short term rentals due to a change in HOA bylaws that require we only offer a long term lease. We are sorry for any inconvenience and we do our best to work with our guests by offering competitive monthly rates.
Washer and dryer are available in the condo.
On-site Pool across the condo parking lot and visible from the front deck.
On-site Community tennis court and exercise area with limited equipment.
On-site 48 hour Courtesy dock for access to Lake Hartwell but no trailer parking is available and no ramp access for launching a boat. There are public boat launch sites and mariners close by that may offer boat storage.
Guests may text or email for information when enjoying our condo and an emergency phone number is available.
Our condo is close to Interstate 85. There are many great restaurants, great shopping, sports activities of Clemson University, Anderson University and, of course, beautiful Lake Hartwell.
This is a safe, friendly neighborhood with many fulltime residents so we carefully screen our guests. This condo requires communication with your booking request, so please introduce yourself with a short note about your group and your reason for visiting our area in your booking request to expedite acceptance. You will also be required to read and agree to the bylaws of this community; complete a questionnaire and flexible lease agreement.

Summary: I just finished a 1 month stay at this property and it was absolutely magical! The condo is steps away from Lake Hartwell. There is a dock allowing for easy access with boats or paddle boards. There used to be a boat ramp next to the complex entrance but has obviously not been used in years. However, if you follow the path (abandoned boat ramp) there's an incredible view at the end with a private almost magical swimming hole. I have two children ages 7 and 9. They had the best time exploring and going on little adventures. The bedrooms in the condo are huge and the closets are ridiculously spacious. The pictures don't do this place justice. There is a large pool just steps away on the other side for the condo, which is where we spent a lot of time splashing. The other residents were very friendly and welcoming. I always felt safe which is important to me traveling alone with 2 children. Almost every day we spent at the pool my girls made a new friend. The kitchen is a little small but has everything you need, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. Like I already said the pictures don't do this place justice. Anytime I had an issue I messaged the owner and they responded within less than an hour but usually minutes. I can't wait to go back and spend more time there!!
