I’m so glad you’ve decided to check out my home. I’ve taken great pride in creating a relaxing, welcoming escape where you’ll make wonderful, lasting memories. This gorgeous lakefront home has an open floor plan, and has been totally remodeled. It’s situated on beautiful Lake Hartwell and is conveniently located within minutes to all your favorite restaurants, and shopping destinations.

Summary: House was modern, clean, quiet and convenient. Nick was very easy to communicate with. Of the many VRBO properties we have stayed at…this was the best. Four adults with trucks and bass boats. All agreed this stay could not have been better. Thanks Nick for a great stay.

Summary: I cannot say enough good things about this property! It is beautiful and meticulously clean. There is not one thing I would change. It is fully stocked with anything you may need and lots of extras - like coffee, creamer, snacks, soaps, shampoo, etc. The owner goes above and beyond! The beds are comfortable and the screened in porch is amazing. Nice dock and paddleboat. Life jackets on site. My grandson enjoyed lots of fishing and even whiffle ball that we located in the storage container. VERY close to town with many restaurants and shopping. I could go on and on. Can't wait to return!

Summary: This home was perfect for our family of six. We enjoyed the open concept kitchen, living and dining area. The large TV in the living room and large ones in all the bedrooms kept everyone happy. The grandchildren enjoyed the yard, boat dock, paddle boats and of course the lake. I loved the large laundry room! We appreciated the host leaving so many starter supplies. That was a nice surprise. We had a wonderful week at this property and the host was really great!!

Summary: This is such a quiet neighborhood on Lake Hartwell in Anderson. The house is on a circular street with side streets good for walking and quick laps on a bicycle. The updated, very clean house is a one story with 3 bedrooms with a King bed, 2 bathrooms, multiple TVs, a lake porch and spacious living room. The garage has a finished floor and ping pong table. Lots of space for every one. The large lot and level driveway are all safe and usable. It is a easy slope to the lake past the fire pit. This is our best rental ever to have our grandchild join us after school and between sporting events. Thank you, Nick for providing us with this rental. We will be back to this neighborhood.
