Summary: This was a very nice hotel in a great location, very close to the train station. Very clean, and a nice breakfast was included. The staff was very helpful and gave us a good recommendation for dinner. The only reason I am deducting a star is because we were on the first floor, and the small street next to the room was very noisy. We had to keep the windows closed due to the noise, which made the room stuffy.

Summary: This hotel is right in the floating city of Venice, on a back street off the Grand Canal. It is an amazing location!

Summary: Our room was awful with only very basic equipment. Bathroom ok but needed work on it. Sockets didn’t work where there was a light switch because as soon as you plugged the adaptor in the light went out. The reception area and dining room were better but in general the whole hotel needed a thorough clean and refurbishment. Not impressed and grossly overpriced.

Summary: A nice room, comfortable, good location, friendly staff, reasonable rates, very good breakfast. My only suggestion would have been to be informed that our room was on the 4th floor, requiring 5 flights of steps. Having had knee surgery recently, this was a drawback for me; however, there is a one-person elevator. Be sure to ask about it if needed!
