Positive: The location was perfect. Our host was incredibly responsive and organized. She lives in the apartment above this one, which made her accessible, but she was never intrusive. When you check in, she gives you an apartment and Venice “tutorial” to make your stay as stress-free as possible. She also has an incredibly helpful binder of information in the apartment. The beds were very comfortable. The layout was perfect. The bathroom was great and spacious enough for two people to get ready at the same time. The location was quiet, but near restaurants. The view from the apartment is stunning. All of Venice is easily walkable, as is the case with this apartment. I will stay here again the next time I go to Venice and would recommend it to anybody else.

Positive: The host was amazing and helpful. The property is located in an A+++ prime location for travelers to Venice, in terms of being able to get to/from airport, getting around Venice by vaparetto, and proximity by walking to the sights that Venice has to offer. It was clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay.

Positive: Firstly the Host, she's a super host, very friendly, approachable and very informative. She met us at the water bus stop very close to the apartment on our arrival. She sat us down at the table after she showed and talked to us about how everything worked, took out a map and showed us where all the best places, restaurants, bakery's and shops like the co-op were and how to get there. When we checked out, she took us back to the water bus station to ensure we got on the correct one that took us where we needed to go. Gorgeous apartment with stunning views, perfect location and easy to get to anywhere you wanted to go whether walking or using the water bus. We loved the water bus. We felt very safe and secure. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this accommodation.
Negative: We genuinely loved everything including the beautiful sunsets looking out of the windows. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the windows, they are both big and lovely to look out at the water and all the boats going to and fro, it's really fascinating to see.

Positive: Elisa met us at our water taxi from the airport and guided us to the front door, showed us how to use everything in the apartment, and made suggestions as to what we might enjoy seeing while in Venice. Location was quick water bus ride, everything in Venice was no more than a 30min walk. Excellent, superb overall.

Positive: This flat is spectacular--in location, comfort, views through the window, convenience, and graciousness of the host. We absolutely loved staying here and found it a perfectly located and beautiful flat for traveling around Venice and the islands. Quiet, yet easy to access anything you would want to see in Venice. The vaporetto system is wonderful and so efficient. The host is super organized and we are grateful for the extra work she did in helping us with various things before and during our trip.
