This elegant apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a Venetian palace, Palazzo Lezze "or" Ca 'Lezze ", built between 1611 and 1617, designed by Baldassarre Longhena who, among other things, designed the Church of the Madonna della Health.
The apartment of approx. 142, is equipped with all modern comforts and has 4 bedrooms, one with a double bed and can accommodate a maximum of six people. In addition to a large living room, two bathrooms, a large kitchen with all appliances, wardrobe, laundry room, digital TV, Wi-Fi.

Summary: The place was beautiful and so comfortable! The owner went out of his way to meet our every need. (We were a group of elderly ladies, so our minds weren't always all there.) :) The place is also close to everything, but quiet. We would definitely want to stay there again!

Summary: The apartment was perfect for a family of 5 adults. Rodolfo was more than accommodating, help us with dinner reservations, which were excellent, provided us with information about the city and was there to help us if we needed. Our family would highly recommend this apartment and if we ever go to Venice again we would be sure to book this apartment. Our trip was wonderful.

Summary: My family of 6 stayed in this lovely and roomy apartment in the Carranegio area of Venice. We enjoyed the area; it was quiet with many choices of restaurants and small cafes. We were a 20 minute walk from the train station. Rudolpho was a wonderful host and very conscientious about our needs. He recommended restaurants and places to visit. I definitely recommend staying in this apartment!

Summary: What a wonderful stay we had in Venice. The apartment is immaculate and the location is ideal. Rodolfo is a wonderful host and tended to all of our needs. He met us at the Vaporetto to help us locate the apartment and he repaired the shower head in the same day when I mentioned an issue with it. This will be our go to place when we visit Venice for sure!

Summary: We were a group of 4 women friends, celebrating our joint 70th birthdays with a week in Venice, but the apartment could easily have accommodated more people. Rodolpho's apartment was both very stylish, with a wealth of original paintings and antique furniture, and very comfortable - the sitting room was great for relaxing in after a day in Venice, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were all comfortable. The location was excellent - convenient for excellent restaurants (we found Rodolpho's recommendations very helpful) and for the local bakery and supermarket - and it somehow managed to combine being quite close to the main sights with being slightly off the tourist track. Rudolpho was very helpful and provided excellent information and directions. One of our party arrived ahead of the rest of us, and he met her off the vaporetti. We particularly appreciated the bottle of prosecco that he left for us in the fridge!

Summary: This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment is furnished nicely and has air conditioning in each room. It is spacious, clean and has wonderful art work on the walls. Rodolfo met us at the ferry and brought us to the apartment. His communication before our arrival was excellent and much appreciated. He took time to tell us about some places to see. He also left maps of Venice for us. We are a family of five with three older kids and the apartment was perfect. Each had their own room and the living room, dining area and kitchen were great gathering places.
