Summary: This apartment is very comfortable, with modern amenities in a beautiful historic building. The location on the canal is excellent, with restaurants and bars nearby, a short walk from the vaporetto stops and easy walking distance to most parts of Venice.

Summary: The neighborhood is wonderful and the property owner is so kind. Check in was very smooth and communication was perfect. The home has many thoughtful details for travelers, such as adapters left on the entry table, an umbrella in case of rain, and a canvas bag in case you forgot one. We really enjoyed staying here!

Summary: This was a lovely apartment in a delightful location away from the crowds in other parts of Venice. It was clean and cozy, with two bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Good restaurants were close by, as well as a grocery store, and we could easily get to Murano to see the glasswork there. Giovanna was a wonderful host and quick communicator. The only issue we had during out stay was that the a/c was inconsistent and it was hot during our few days there. There are screens on the bedroom windows which allowed us to open them without worrying about mosquitos.

Summary: we absolutely loved it. We stayed in Venice three times total and it is by far our favorite place. Great location, clean, quiet, excellent choice. Very happy we stayed there for four nights in Venice. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Summary: This lovely property is tucked into the Cannaregio residential neighborhood. Close to the action, but very quiet at night. The canal out front was scenic with different types of boats navigating throughout the day. Would stay here again.
