Direct access to two-miles white sand beach. Hotel amenities. Children welcomed! We recommend Beach Villa for two or three couples or a family with kids.
Stunning views modern villa in Exuma sitting right on the beach, consist of two master en-suite bedrooms and one convertible living room to separate en-suite bedroom, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer.
Outside patio is furnished with set of sofas and chairs.
Sand playground with kids playset and volley/soccer field on site is exclusively for Casa Del Mar guests disposal.
Kayaks, SUPs and snorkelling sets are available for our guests.
Sandy wind protected playground with children play set and volley/soccer court is now open exclusively for our guests!
Airport transfer and mid-week cleaning included for stays over 5 nights.
What is provided in the Villa:
- full set of hotels amenities (liquid soap, shampoo, hand and bath towels);
- fully equipped kitchens;
- laundry room with washer & dryer sets (at least one per villa);
- paper towels, dishwasher detergent, washer detergent;
- limited quantity of drinkable water as well as water for icemaker in pool villas (can be ordered or purchased additionally);

Summary: This was a beautiful villa with incredible grounds. Twenty feet from the front porch was a private pool and fifty feet from the oool was a lovely beach with turquoise water. The house was well maintained and well equipped with everything you would need!!

Summary: Was so relaxing and fun for entire family. We enjoyed the pool, the ocean, other beaches, snorkeling, local restaurants, donut shop, excursions and chef dinner at the villa. Best vacation ever.

Summary: Casa Del Mar was absolutely incredible! The view was just as breathtaking on day 7 as it was on day 1. We must have taken a hundred pictures of the view. The house was very close to the airport and centrally located on the main island making trips to Georgetown or the west side not to far. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Summary: The villa is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, you’re just farther enough away from town that you feel private, but close enough to access everything quickly. The villa is well stocked and we cooked several meals. The pool is a 5 STAR!!!! Sunsets were beautiful!!!! The villa is maintained and had everything we needed (the doors are heavy to open and close but that did not interfere with our trip). Perfect combination of luxury and privacy. I can’t say enough about this place! The decor and views set the tone for our stay to be relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend!

Summary: The beach villla was absolutely beautiful! Everything was clean and in working order. We LOVED the showers! The kitchen had what we needed to prepare our meals and the grill was perfect for evening meals. The pool was a great addition for the days where the water is a little rough. Gabby and Randy were both great. The doors are a little heavy but that didn't affect our group. Other than that, no complaints! I've already started recommending this property to friends and family!
