Nestled on 200 feet of private beachfront, Lattitude Adjustment (Formerly Vine House) was built to entertain! Please note: This property has 3 separate living quarters situated on 1 acre of plush landscaping. This booking is for the main house only. If you book this property, we will not rent out the other living quarters to other guests, so the entire grounds will be exclusively for you. The gated property offers beautiful ocean front views, tropical gardens, a 70+ foot huge patio with pergola and a private pool.
The secluded property is conveniently located to the airport (1 mile) and sits on the private Jimmy Hill beach. The beach is perfect for miles of walking, swimming or just lounging where seeing very few people is the norm. This majestic beach was the location for the 2013 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition that included Christy Teigen and Kate Upton.
The recently fully renovated property offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main house features a huge family room, full kitchen with island and 4 barstools, 10-person dining table, primary bedroom with king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and shared full bath and a bunk room with a king size bed and one twin bunk.
Amenities to the property include a 70” 4k Ultra Flat Screen TV, Xbox; board games; apple TV for use with your streaming services; Blu-ray player and discs; entire house Sonos system where you can enjoy island music both inside and out; Strong wifi throughout the property in addition to CAT 5 wiring direct to the main TV and Sonos allowing for uninterrupted streaming; washer/dryer. Outside amenities include swimming pool; gas grill; (2) kayaks; (2) paddle boards; corn hole boards, hook and ring toss game; large picnic table; patio set that can seat 10 comfortably; shaded pergola; (4) chaise lounge chairs. For the beach there are umbrellas and chairs provided.
Included with the rental is a house manager that will greet you to show you the house and all amenities and will be your point of contact once on island. For an additional fee, the house manager can arrange private chefs, pre-stocking of groceries and on-site massages. They can also recommend restaurants, bars, grocery stores and excursion companies for first-time visitors.
Great Exuma is a laid-back island that doesn’t offer the hustle and bustle of other vacation destinations. There are no stop lights on the island. There are no chain restaurants. Almost all restaurants and other attractions are locally owned.
It’s easy to get here!! There are direct flights to Georgetown, Exuma (GGT) from Nassau, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Charlotte, Atlanta & Toronto.

Summary: This was the first time going to Exuma and the first time renting this property. Everything was absolutely perfect. Check-in was a breeze and the house manager was there and explains everything about the property to us. The house was lovely. It is right on the beach. The gazebo was wonderful to sit outside and watch the ocean from. The location was a 10 out of 10. Quick drive to the airport. It was centrally located to go to every other beach on the island. I can’t say enough good things about the property and the house. I will definitely rent this house again!

Summary: Very spacious, bright and excellent location. Large outdoor seating areas for a large group if needed. Plenty of sun and shade as well. Steps away from a beautiful soft sand beach. Easy check in, and accommodating! Only problem was dishwasher which was not working. There were only 3 of us so it wasn’t a big problem, if our group was larger it would be inconvenient .

Summary: Lovely property right on a beautiful walking beach. Very private and extremely well appointed. Kitchen was a chef’s delight, had everything from A to Z … even the knives were nice and sharp. You can’t go wrong with this amazing villa.. really can’t say enough. Charlene, our house manager catered to our every need.. timely, friendly and a nice sense of humor. House staff and grounds keepers were all extremely nice and welcoming. No complaints here, we didn’t even have sand flies!

Summary: This was my husband and I's second time staying in the main house. We were lucky enough to visit twice in less than a year. Charlene, the house manager is amazingly sweet, helpful and reliant. Tricia, the owner is so generous and keeps in touch as well to be sure things are smooth with your stay and has done an immaculate job making sure the home has everything you could possibly need or want in a vacation rental home. Beds and linens are ultra comfy. Kitchen is well stocked with any and all kitchen necessities. The newly added cabana and walkway make it so you never want to leave this tranquil home and setting. Let alone visit any other beach on the island(However, you must, because they are each equally as beautiful in their own unique ways). Absolute gem! Honestly, the only thing I could suggest and I mean ONE and ONLY thing, would be to add a retractable clothes line outside on the deck to dry suits and towels. Other than that, it is pure perfection in every way and we truly cannot wait for our return visit in the near future. Many many thanks to Tricia, Charlene, grounds keepers and cleaning crew!!!!

Summary: We loved our stay at this property so much. The beach was stunning and so private. We loved drinking our coffee at the cabana every morning while we watched breathtaking sunrises. This property had everything we needed including a highchair for our baby girl. Charlene was so helpful with making us able to accomplish everything we wanted to. Loved this house and property & can’t want to bring our family back.

Summary: The stay was fantastic. We celebrated our 25th anniversary, renting the property for just the two of us. Everything about our stay was excellent. The property was exactly as described, maybe even better in-person! The owners have thought of every detail and it shows. We enjoyed walks on the beach (almost always had the beach to ourselves), kayaking, and sitting outside under the pergola. Charlene (property manager) was excellent and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Tricia (owner) was great with communication and was incredibly helpful!
