Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful time in Exuma. The house and property were nicer than the pictures! The property owner was so responsive and we loved the central location so we could explore both sides of the island. The power did go out a couple of times but it comes back on and property owner said they are getting a backup generator. Honestly didn’t really affect us. Only suggestion would be a couple more beach chairs but other than that we would come here again in a heartbeat!!!

Summary: Coconut Breeze was everything we could have hoped for! The house was immaculate, the pool and beach access were fantastic, and Sidney was super responsive when my 5 year old locked us out of the bathroom. Despite being less than a mile from the airport, we never heard a single plane. I highly recommend this amazing property!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Coconut Breeze. The home is just fantastic, clean, beautiful, everything we wanted and hoped for in a VRBO in the Bahamas. The furnishings are great, 3 large bedrooms. But the view out the back of the house of the bay between Exuma and the little Cay was fantastic. There was very little beach directly behind the house except at low tide, but there is a mile of beach to the south of the house, so the small beach at the house was no issue at all. The view between the palm trees was a perfect frame for looking out at the crystal clear Exuma water. Being close to the airport and Georgetown to the south was nice as we had very short drives to anywhere we wanted to explore on the island. We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. The house had all the kitchen stuff needed for say at home meals. The food in Exuma is expensive, but eating at home most of the time still saves money over eating out. We would stay at Coconut Breeze again!

Summary: This house is immaculate and well appointed. The view from the living room, primary suite and kitchen are of the stunning Exuma blue waters. The pool was sparkling and the walk over the rocks to get down on the beach was very doable for us sixty somethings. The beds and linens are very nice quality and comfortable. Plenty of soft towels and beautiful tile bathrooms. A very short drive from the airport and it was easy to turn in and out of the street to go shopping, exploring or eating. We will be back!

Summary: We spent a week at Coconut Breeze during the first week of January. The house was amazing! I can't say enough good things about it.There was more than enough space for five of us. All of the furniture and beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were very nice, especially the master with the large walk-in shower. The kitchen has everything needed to cook most meals and has a great layout. The house is located at the end of a street that is not busy at all so there is little to no traffic. The views of the ocean are incredible. The swimming pool is awesome and looks cool at night all lit up. The beach is a mile and half long and was never crowded during our stay.Sidney was incredibly helpful, quick to respond to all of our questions, and gave us some good recommendations. She was a fantastic host. Check in and check out were very easy. The house was clean and ready when we arrived.I would highly recommend this property for a stay on Exuma. It's in a great location, not far from Georgetown, and a short drive from two grocery stores. It was nice being in the central part of the island because driving to either Great Exuma Point or Little Exuma only took about a half hour or so. It was also helpful to have such a short drive to the airport.

Summary: From the breath taking views to when you walk into the door to the beautiful powdery sand beaches, the Coconut Breeze has everything you could ever need and does not disappoint. The host Sidney has thought of everything, the house has everything you could need and then some. We couldn’t believe how well equipped the kitchen was and really appreciated having the grill tucked into an alcove. There is a light out by the grill but we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on, but Sidney had plenty of lanterns so we made it work, didn’t really bother us. The internet speed was great and able to handle multiple devices streaming without getting bogged down. Ms. Virginia was amazing and very friendly and attentive to solve any problems or questions we had. We will definitely be back, and have already started planning our return sometime next year. Thank you Sidney, Virginia and Lawrence for an incredible vacation!

Summary: The Coconut Breeze house was in a perfect location. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family of 5, although could have accommodated more people easily. The pool is small but beautiful. The views are spectacular and the beach is pristine. Host and caretaker are extremely responsive both before and during the stay. Would highly recommend!

Summary: Looking for a beautiful 3 bedroom/ 3 bath BEACHFRONT location on Exuma? LOOK NO FURTHER and book Coconut Breeze! 3 couples had a perfect stay at this home loaded with amenities such as comfy outdoor furniture, covered porch, grassy yard with swaying palm trees, a 2nd covered porch w/ table that seated 6 persons for outdoor dining. Clean BBQ grill. Floats/inner tubes, 2 boogie boards, 6 chaise lounges for sunning -all overlooking the prettiest blue water in the world. The pics on VRBO do not do justice to this home. It is very open, airy and light filled; the A/C units in every room were very cold, plenty of hot water showers & water pressure was great! The kitchen is very well stocked and had everything we needed when we cooked meals "in". One of the best things about Coconut Breeze is its central location on the island- a 5 minute drive from the airport but you will never hear or see an airplane! A great new addition close by is "Tims on the Beach" - an open air gazebo for cocktails (Floyd served us w/the best smile). We loved eating at CocoPlum Bistro ( kudos to Rudy & Brandon). We went to the local fish fry a couple of times- so much fun hanging with the friendly and beautiful Bahamian people ("Rasta Steve" whips up the best Conch Salad in the Bahamas and is fun to chat up. Don't miss Tropic of Cancer Beach- there is now a beach grill and full bar located on this sliver of paradise ( Thanks Sandy & Jackie- grouper burger is amazing)! Katherine the housekeeper is a gem!
