Latittude Adjustment was built to entertain and is a perfect getaway for extended families or larger groups. With 3 separate structures situated on 1 acre of plush landscaping, the gated property offers plenty of areas to gather as a group while also allowing for privacy as desired. The exterior of the property offers beautiful ocean front views, tropical gardens, a 70+ foot huge patio with pergola and a private pool.
The secluded property is conveniently located to the airport (1 mile) and sits on the private Jimmy Hill beach. The beach is perfect for miles of walking, swimming or just lounging where seeing very few people is the norm. This majestic beach was the location for the 2013 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition that included Christy Teigen and Kate Upton.
The recently fully renovated property offers 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The main house features a huge family room, full kitchen with island and 4 barstools, 10-person dining table, primary bedroom with king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and shared full bath and a bunk room with a king size bed and one twin bunk. The cottage features a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, ensuite bath, living area and kitchenette. The cottage also offers a queen sleeper sofa. The cottage has a private, partially covered deck which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views and ocean breeze along with an outdoor shower. The third structure houses the adjacent owner’s suite with private entrance featuring a king size bed, large sitting area, walk in closet and full bathroom with additional laundry facilities.
Amenities to the property include (2) 70” 4k Ultra Flat Screen TVs – one in the family room of the main house and one in the owner’s suite; (1) flat screen tv in the cottage; Xbox; board games; apple TVs for use with your streaming services; Blu-ray player and discs; entire house Sonos system where you can enjoy island music both inside and out; Strong wifi throughout the property in addition to CAT 5 wiring direct to the main TV and Sonos allowing for uninterrupted streaming; (2) sets of washer/dryers. Outside amenities include swimming pool; (2) gas grills; (2) kayaks; (2) paddle boards; corn hole boards, hook and ring toss game; large picnic table; patio set that can seat 10 comfortably; shaded pergola; (4) chaise lounge chairs. For the beach there are umbrellas and chairs provided.
Included with the rental is a house manager that will greet you to show you the house and all amenities and will be your point of contact once on island. For an additional fee, the house manager can arrange private chefs, pre-stocking of groceries and on-site massages. They can also recommend restaurants, bars, grocery stores and excursion companies for first-time visitors.
Great Exuma is a laid-back island that doesn’t offer the hustle and bustle of other vacation destinations. There are no stop lights on the island. There are no chain restaurants. Almost all restaurants and other attractions are locally owned.
It’s easy to get here!! There are direct flights to Georgetown, Exuma (GGT) from Nassau, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Charlotte, Atlanta & Toronto.

Summary: This is such an incredible property, and we would 100% recommend and stay there again! Tons of outdoor spaces, everything you need to spread out and truly enjoy. On one of the most stunning beaches in Exuma, comfy beds, great TV/hangout area (comfy oversize couches), and a pro-stocked kitchen! We hired a chef our last night and even he complimented everything.The main house has 3 bedrooms (the bunk room is very small, but sleeps 2-3), living, dining & kitchen. The other 2 bedrooms are in stand-alone cottages detached from the main house. All are within the gates of the property. It felt very safe, and the location is great if you plan to explore the entire island. Communication was great, we had them stock the kitchen with groceries before arrival, and even rented the car thru them. It was all seamless and perfect!

Summary: This is by far the best home we have ever rented. Very clean! The house was very well stocked. Plenty of high quality dishes, pans, storage containers and all kinds of yeti cups to keep our drinks cold! We generally ate breakfast and dinner at the house. With exception of having Heather come and cook us an amazing dinner! She served us and cleaned up. She was amazing! Age range from 17-85. Everyone had plenty of room inside and out. Charlene was absolutely amazing!! She was so helpful and always responded to a question right away. We tried Tim’s on the Bay the first night we were there and did not have a very good experience. We chose not to return. Definitely rent a car so you can explore. We did the 7 beach excursion with Exuma water sports and it was amazing!!!! We can’t wait to come back!

Summary: Exuma and Latitude Adjustment was amazing! The house and property were beautiful on such an amazing stretch of quiet beach with the incredible blue water! Charlene was very helpful with arranging all the details for us such as stocking the kitchen, boat tour, a night with our own chef, massage, car rental, and a demonstration by Dave of how to harvest a coconut! It was a vacation with our whole extended family and we will treasure the memories for years to come!

Summary: We just returned last night from our stay and could not wait to submit our review and rave about Exuma, the property and the concierge, Charlene.I have been to several islands in the Bahamas and Exuma is now my favorite. The water, friendly people and number of activities available are awesome and Lattitude Adjustment is in the perfect central location on the island. The pictures of the listing are beautiful but honestly do not do it full justice. Fly fishing for bonefish, Done! Drexel Rolle and Stevie Ferguson are great guides. So many activities abound for family members who do not fish I can’t list them all. The ability to work with a concierge at the property was very helpful. We cannot say enough about Charlene the concierge!Beginning with her help with pre arrival groceries, rental car, and activity reservations she was there for everything we needed. Her communication was excellent and during our stay she would always respond promptly when we reached out. She was a big part of why our stay was so seamless. Thank you Charlene!!Without question, CANNOT WAIT TO RETURN!

Summary: We love our stay on this house beautiful view of the crystal water and beautiful sunrise. Charlene the property manager Made us fell right at home. She made our trip a lot easier by organizing our rental car and renting our boat tour. The best part is closer to the airport and downtown. Thank so much to the owner of the house. Summary: Our family of 10 ranging from infants to grandparents had an amazing time staying in this lovely home. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own spaces in the 3 separate buildings. The location is truly spectacular with the most stunning water you’ve ever seen. We were amazed by the how private the beach was, and how most days we didn’t see more than a few other people in any direction. The proximity to the airport was super convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to come back again in the future!

Summary: House was perfect for our group of 9 adults. The beach was even better than expected!! We travelled around the island and even boated around and the beach in front of the house was one of our favorite for sure!! An absolute dream to end the day in the ocean with everyone. Private and amazing!! Amenities at the house were exactly as pictured. Charlene was a joy to work with before and during. Would absolutely stay here again. We would just bring lots of bug repellant, so we could enjoy the outside more.

Summary: Beautiful house on an exceptional property. Beach is lovely. Everything went as planned and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue was the a/c unit in the bedroom behind the garage. It leaked water and the thermostat did not work. We made the best of it. I’d recommend this property to others
