The Palms Jacó, located at the north end of Jacó Beach, offers breathtaking ocean views from its 10th floor unit. The balcony, equipped with chaise longues, an electric grill, and a table for six, provides sweeping views of the palm-fringed beach and stunning sunsets. The Palms features a beachfront swimming pool and direct beach access, as well as access to the neighboring resort’s expansive pool area and restaurants, making it an ideal holiday destination.
This penthouse unit, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, is furnished with modern and luxurious fixtures, including stainless steel appliances like a large refrigerator with an ice maker, a stove/oven, and a dishwasher. The bedding configuration includes one King bed, one Queen bed, and two Twin beds, which can be joined together with King sheets and a foam wedge to form a larger bed.
The Palms Jacó condominium is perfect for families and groups seeking to enjoy the beach with fantastic ocean views. It’s just a short walk or taxi ride from downtown Jacó, and the north end of the beach is quieter than the rest of Jacó Beach. A brief walk north, past the river mouth, leads to Monkey Beach, a secluded cove favored by local fishermen.
The Palms Jacó also offers a large oceanfront swimming pool and a small wading pool for children, both overlooking the beach. Free parking is available, with each apartment allowed two parking spaces. However, only one car can park in the adjacent lot due to limited space. If that lot is full or if you have a second car, you must use the overflow parking managed by Croc's Resort , only 50 meters from the entrance.
There is 24-hour security at the main gate that controls access to the building.
The Croc's Resort pool area will be open to The Palms residents from 8 am to 8 pm. To use the pool area at Crocs' Resort, you need to observe the following rules:
- You must wear the bracelet on your arm at all times. This will be provided to you on arrival. If you need a replacement, please contact the onsite building manager.
- You must bring your own towels. The condo has 6 beach/pool towels (make sure you return them to the unit or else you will be charged for their replacement value).
- You must not enter with any food or beverage. These must be bought from Croc's Resort .
These rules do not apply to the condo's own pool area.
Day guests may visit under the following conditions:
- That you do not exceed the above maximum occupancy of 6 at any time.
- That all day guests register with a valid ID at the security entry.
- That all day guests are 18+ years old.
- That day guests do not use the common areas.

Summary: To start the host was very communicative and easy to get everything squared away. I have been in Jaco many times and it’s rare to find everything in a condo that works BUT THIS CONDO WAS FANTASTIC! Very lovely and accommodating security staff, the host was a text or call away if we needed anything at all, and the showers were hot and high water pressure! A must rent if you are coming to Jaco

Summary: If you rent this apartment, you will not be disappointed! The quietness of the north end of the beach combined with the most spectacular view, it is paradise. The apartment is well furnished with everything you will need. There were six of us in total (all adults), and at no time did we feel crowded. The spacious balcony was wonderful for enjoying breakfast and watching sunsets. Gabriel was the most informative and easy to reach and willing to answer any question you may have.

Summary: We loved our first visit to Jaco and The Palms 1001. The ocean and sunset views from the penthouse were spectacular. Watching the Scarlet Macaws in flight from the 10th floor was amazing. We will be back!

Summary: Our family of 5 stayed mid March and had a great time. The condo is well appointed and the balcony is amazing. Peaceful mornings and great sunsets. The shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispensers are a nice addition. Plenty of towels and cooking supplies. Gabriel is very helpful with recommendations and quickly responds. 5 stars all around !
