This beautiful resort style condo boasts 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms overlooks the Pacific Ocean. The condo is located in Bahia Encantada in Jaco and offers 24/7 security.
This modern unit has recently had a facelift including new beds from Crate and Barrel, updated master bath with double shower , freshly painted walls, central air conditioning and High Speed Wi-Fi (200 mbps) Although the unit is walking distance to many delicious restauarants, shopping and nightlife, transportation is available. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy dining (seating for 6) al fresco on the covered terrace with sprawling views of the Pacific Ocean.

The terrace includes walk out access to 3 sparkling pools and entertaining area. The pools include a children’s area, swim up bar and main pool. The pool area includes complementary pool Wi-Fi and delivery from neighboring Clarita’s restaurant is available.
The unit has a new, full sized stackable washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, range, and full size stainless steel refrigerator (w ice maker).
The master bedroom features a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub and safe. The secondary bathroom features a large walk in shower and separates two queen bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private terrace, closet, ceiling fan and room darkening curtains.
Activities to consider while in Jaco include surf lessons from knowledgeable instructors, ATV tours, catamaran day trips, fishing excursions and walking tours of multiple national parks.
Celine, our property manager, is committed not only to organizing your stay, but is also committed to providing a sanitary and aerated living space leaving a minimum of 24 hours between each guest. She speaks fluent English, Spanish and French.
The unit is available for a minimum of 2 nights, but monthly and discounted long-term rentals are available upon demand.

Summary: Absolutely loved this condo! The place has high end furnishings, beds are super comfy. Kitchen is well stocked. Pools are well cared for and the beach is right off the property.Location is perfect and you will never get tired of the sunsets. Seth (owner) and the property manager were quick to respond to any question. Staff at the complex were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Summary: The condo was super clean, its located in a perfect location to enjoy all the activities in the area. The staff is very friendly, enjoyed the pool. The beach is a few steps away.

Summary: The condo was wonderful, had everything we needed for the stay. Location was great, the northern end of the beach is quieter yet still close enough to walk to the center of town. Well maintained and safe property, always catering to your needs. Clarita's is next door and on the beach, highly recommend for lunch and dinner.

Summary: I booked this condo last minute for some extra family members that decided to come along and we needed more room. The complex is great, nice pools, nice staff and very conveniently located to a fun beach bar right next door. You can even order food and drinks to be delivered to you poolside. The unit itself was quite spacious and the terrace was large with seating/dining for 6 with a view of the ocean and palm trees. It’s situated nicely in the corner for privacy, but with super easy access to the pools and beach. A nice perk for the kids to easily be able to access the bathroom and for the adults to pop in and get a drink refill! Easy check in, secure and owner was quick to respond to questions. I would definitely recommend this place!
