This Beautiful 3 Bedroom Smoke-Free / Pet Free Ocean Front Condo provides a Spectacular direct ocean view with free high speed cable internet. Spacious living In this 3 bedroom condo Comfortable furnishings for your Vacation stay! Tile floors throughout, Contemporary lighting fixtures and Modern Decor & Furniture. The 4th floor offers an awesome ocean beach front view from the living room and the 300 SQ FT balcony. The master bedroom & 3rd bedroom has King size beds while the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds & we have 1 twin roll a way bed and one Pac N Play for a little one. There are 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, LCD TV & Stereo in the living area. 1 TV in the master bedroom. No need to pack heavy. You will find almost everything you could possibly need - - beach chairs, beach toys, blender, dishes, ironing board w/iron, blow dryer, towels, and linens... You name it and we've provided it for your enjoyment. There is even a full size washer and dryer in the unit. You will have free WIFI as well. We are here to help just ask. Please note: If you are not renting from Sat. to Sat. in high season please click on the contact owner button to see if your dates will work. Rent ranges from $1599.00 to $4099.00 plus tax and cleaning.
If you have to cancel your reservation we will give you a refund on your rental fee and cleaning fee if we can re-rent the condo for the same rates and dates, minus a $100.00 administration fee.
Rates are set for up to 6 people ask for rates if you have more people.
If this condo is booked please check with me to see if I have one of my other 7 condos open. The pool and hot tub is open from 9:30am to 10pm. Please note: if the outside temperature gets below 60 the pool will be shut down till the outside temp go’s back up above 60. Yes we have a elevator, Sandcastles has exterior cameras and we have a exterior door camera to make sure of the number of people that is in the condo, if you have more then the number you tell us you may be asked to leave with no refunds.

Summary: The condo was beautiful, just as described and very spacious. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Watching the sunrise, morning yoga on the balcony was an amazing way to start the day. The beach was never crowded, so many beach items in the hall closet for beach play for the family. Keith called to make sure we checked in ok and let me know when the condo was ready for us which was so nice. Though we never needed anything during our stay I knew he would be very responsive if needed since he was so proactive. Would absolutely stay again.

Summary: We have been going to Cocoa Beach for several years and invited friends to join us. As our group has grown, we have needed a larger condo. This is the 2nd year we have used this 3 BR unit. It is a very beautiful unit with nice furniture and decorations. Direct view of the ocean with large, wrap-around balcony. We have watched launches from the balcony. Perfect for a family, a group of friends or couples. Always clean and comfortable. Owner is friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Summary: Our weeklong stay was wonderful. Very close to anything you would need. We even got to see 2 rockets launch from the beach while there. The furniture was very comfortable and the living area nice and large. The bedrooms are on the small size for the beds but the kids barely spent any time in them anyways. We would recommend.

Summary: The condo was perfect for our family of 7. We arrived on Saturday & found out that evening while shopping for groceries that Hurricane Milton was on his way. The host/owner, Keith, kept in constant touch with us. Due to conflicting weather reports, we decided to leave the condo late Tuesday afternoon. Keith informed us the hurricane shutters would be installed & all of the deck furniture would be brought into the living area. We realized that we could not stay there closed up if the electricity went out (which Keith told us it did). We plan on returning & will definitely stay in this condo. Location, view, cleanliness were great. Can’t wait to return!
