Awesome cottage style condo in downtown Savannah with a pool. It was built in the late 1800's and is listed as a historic property. This is a great place to spend your stay in Savannah at a great price. It is about three blocks from Forsyth Park and one block from the start of the St. Patrick's Day parade. The condo is well within walking distance or a short bike ride of River Street and about a 15-20 minute drive from Tybee Island. It features a dedicated off-street parking space. The condo has been renovated and features a full kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, washer and dryer, small outside porch, living room with flat screen television, one bedroom and a pull out full size sofa in the living room. There are two original fireplaces, hardwood floors and crown moulding and trim throughout.

Summary: Everything was as expected. A little longer walk to downtown than excepted but doable. Lyft and Uber pretty cheap when needed. House had everything and more than we needed.

Summary: I was in town for my wedding so we just needed something for my now his and myself to just lay our heads. It has a nice kitchen and the living room is nice. The bed is high but the step stool really came in handy! My only complaint is the bed is squeaky even at the smallest movement. Everything was great!

Summary: Cute place, very convenient for all the activities, a 5 minute walk from Kroger, and to top it off, the host was extremely responsive and wonderful.

Summary: Had never been to Savannah. The neighborhood was in easy walking distance to grocery, the park and the river. The home showed a little more wear and tear than the photos on line, but it was clean with everything we needed. The communication was seamless. Would stay there again. Enjoyed the town very much.

Summary: Was a sad and happy trip. The place was good. The manager was fantastic. The fold out couch was not the best one side was kinda broke and there was a not so attractive stain in the upper right hand corner, the bathroom vent needs cleaned, the showerhead and or presser hurt, and please frost the window in the shower. I would book again though.
