Summary: The description of the property on the Abritel site is correct. The equipment allows self cooking.The owner lives at the same place is very helpfull and friendly when needed. The distance to restaurants and commerce in town is about 1.5 km which makes a car useful.The terrasse is directed to the east and has no longer sun after noon, which is an advantage in summer but not in winter. Only one negative point: we had difficulties with slow and uncertain WIFI but the owner promised to solve the problem .

Summary: It was a real treat to stay in this flat. It was quiet and had incredible views as in a Renoir painting. The owners were very helpful and kind to us, as I fell in town and broke my arm. Their advice and assistance was needed and greatly appreciated. We would stay here again. n

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment in the beautiful town of Menton. The apartment was clean and very comfortable and Clo is lovely andwas there to provide us with all the information needed and answer any questions. The Menton Garavan train is about a fifteen minute walk. Also a city shuttle bus stops close by although somewhat infrequently and only during the day. Having a car would be best, but public transportation is doable. Loved the sunny mornings on the deck!

Summary: The apartment is very spacious with a clean and modern interior. Great for self catering when you want to. The balcony has wonderful views over the bay of Garavan and is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine or meal. Pool and gardens have a wonderful view of Old Menton which we never got tired of. Location was excellent. We could walk to the beach easily and the Old Town of Menton is also walkable if you’re reasonably fit. We are in our mid sixties and sometimes found the walk back to the apartment hard work in the July heat! At a cooler time of year, or with a car, you would have no difficulty. Clothide was an excellent host and went out of her way to ensure we had a good time. We would love to return.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Menton. The apartment was well equipped and in a good location. Walking into town was good exercise and there are numerous ways to go down and up. Clotilde was very helpful in giving us advice on where things were and what to see.

Summary: The owners of the apartment were extremely quick to help with any queries when we made our advanced booking. This was very reassuring as we were arriving from the UK. Upon arrival they were there to meet us and show us the apartment in detail so that was really good. We had no issues during the week and the apartment was everything we had expected. We would definitely consider using this again in the future. It was clean and had everything that had been mentioned. Our main aim of the week was to use this as a base for the Monaco Formula 1 GP. The train station was only a 10-15 minute walk so it was ideal. The apartment had a secure gated entrance so we knew our car would be safe for the visit. The swimming pool was also a lovely bonus. In Menton there were a number of restaurants and a small supermarket that had everything we needed. It was also a nice place to walk around, although it is quite hilly so it can be tiring if you're not used to this. The pictures of the view & apartment location did not do it justice as we thought it was excellent in real life. Overall we were very pleased, many thanks!

Summary: We had a nice vacation at this apartment. Clotilde and Michel were superb hosts. They gave us good information, eventhough this was our third vacation in Menton. The apartment is very nice, we enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony and during our week we had a dip in the pool. The apartment is easy to access with car, and the walk to the Centre is nice when one can choose either the beach route or the old town route. We will most certainly visit Clotilde and Michel again.

Summary: This is a stylish apartment with amazing views. Sitting on the terrace in the evening watching the moon rise over the bay was one of the highlights of our holiday. The gardens are stunning and the pool is fantastic; we swam most mornings before breakfast. From the apartment it is easy to walk into the old town, down to the beach or even across the border into Italy! There are many lovely places to visit and the train station is nearby so it is very easy to get around. Mme Heller was thoughtful and very helpful, ensuring that we were met from the station on arrival and suggesting local places to visit. We would definitely like to return!
