Positive: Convenient location. Easy to get into town with buses (or a 20 minute walk), small supermarkets and some restaurants nearby. Fairly quiet (there was some work going on upstairs whilst we were there but their hours weren’t antisocial). Helpful host and the apartment was equipped with everything a guest would need- umbrellas, night lights, kitchen and bathroom well stocked etc. Very comfortable. Nice patio.
Negative: It is a basement apartment so it did lack a bit of light and it was slightly damp perhaps but we were happy.

Positive: We have had a brilliant stay! The move in process was very straightforward, the place was clean and furnished, and we were provided with a wide range of kitchen amenities and toiletries. We even left a piece of our luggage at the house and Sabine went out of her way to have it posted back to us. It was overall a great stay, thank you again Sabine!

Positive: Spacious, clean, fantastic location, easy to get the bus into the centre of Salzburg. Sabine was a fantastic hostess, meeting us on arrival to show us around and gave us tips for places to go.

Positive: Very clean and spacious. The garden was an added bonus. Walking distance to Old Town Salzburg and the Castle plus many shops and restaurants. Sabine was very friendly and helpful, supplied us with a map and told us how to get everywhere.

Positive: Generally a comfortable stay. The apartment is well stocked, and the decor and furnishing is quite nice. The host, Sabine, and Matt are very attentive to our needs.
Negative: Some of the room doors and knobs didn't work well. The location is quite a walk to old town, although it's a pleasant walk.

Positive: You feel like you're at home. Small Christmas decorations were out in addition to the usual, exquisite decor. Sabine has tried to think of everything, with a lot of added touches I've never seen in a vacation rental. She was helpful, cheerful, always asking if she could do more. You can't ask more of a host. The apartment itself was immaculate. The kitchen, small yet totally functional including a soda stream machine for making your own "sprudel" from the Salzburg alpine water. The beds were super comfortable with nice warm duvets. A wardrobe was provided to hang/lay out your things so you didn't have live out of a suitcase. The Old City is a 15-20 minute walk or 4 minute bus ride from the apartment. From one of 2 bus stops you can get just about anywhere (but there's also onsite parking if you arrive with your car). Restaurants, a bakery, cafe, pharmacy, grocery all in less than 10 minute walk.
Negative: The toilet room is a little odd as you have to walk up 3 steps to use the facilities. If you're tall, as I am (6'-3"), you might bump your head (I never did).
Summary: I could have stayed there forever.

Positive: The apartment was superb, neat and tidy and clean. All the inclusions were 1st class, even the little things you wouldn't normally notice. We would stay there without a doubt if we return to Vienna, highly recommend.

Negative: Getting a cab in or out of the space takes finesse - but it’s not enough of a deterrent to matter much. Her place is great and you want to stay there.
