The apartment has a bedroom with a queen size double bed, large wardrobe, baby bed, a 55 inch smart TV with Netflix, small desk and chair, radio, CD player, books, a safe deposit box and a balcony.
In the spacious kitchen a large Miele dishwasher, Miele stove and oven, Miele refrigerator, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster , plenty of dishes, a sitting sofa and a wardrobe. In the bathroom a shower, sink and WC. In the balcony a table with 2 chairs and an awning.
All our 3 apartments are located in a small house in a quiet neighborhood, at most 15 walking minutes from the historical center. Each apartment has a private parking place in the yard, Common to the 3 apartments is a washing room on the ground floor with washing machine and tumble drier, for use of our guests. In the little garden in the back you will find an open hut for bikes, in case you decide to rent one.
Bedlinen and towels are provided.
All apartments are non-smoking apartments. Smoking only on the balcony or in the garden.
You will find a folder on the table with a list of restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets close by , on the way to the center and in the center.
You'll find several restaurants in the neighborhood, at a walking distance of 2 to 10 minutes, also 2 supermarkets at most 10 minutes walking distance and a bakery about 5 walking minutes from the apartments.
Bus number 27, at about 3-4 minutes walking distance in Ganshofstrasse takes you to the center. Bus number 1 on Maxglaner Hauptstrasse , about 5 walking minutes away, takes you to the center and to the train station. .Bus number 2, about 5-6 minutes walking distance on Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse will take you to the airport.
Check in time: If there are guests leaving on the same day, check in time is 15 o'clock. It is possible to deposit your luggage in the apartment from about 10:30 o'clock.
If there are no guests leaving on the day you arrive, you can check in anytime .

Summary: Apartment was clean but was a good 28-32 walk to town. Had issues with door lock. Shower extremely small. Nice bed and sheets.

Summary: The property was very clean and had all the amenities you needed. The checkin process was flawless. It was very good to have parking available on site. The property was about a 20 minute walk from old town Salzburg which was a great way to start your day. You see more of the city walking through it. All in all the stay met and exceeded our expectations. Thank you

Summary: Apartment very clean. Bed comfortable and good shower. Everything needed for a self catering stay. Dishwasher & oven in apartment. Laundry room available. Safe parking. Fresh towels provided during our stay. Fan available for hot weather. 10 mins walk to Spar grocery store. About 20 mins walk to Salzburg town.

Summary: Very nice small apartment in a very quiet neighborhood. Not far from old town. Short walk to many buses or little longer walk through tunnel to old town. The shower is a bit small for large people, but was fine for us. Ruth left many instructions and suggestions for Eating and connections.

Summary: My wife an I stayed in this apartment during our visit to Salzburg. It is located just outside the old town, within walking distance. The property was well kept and had ample parking for us. The host was also quite helpful in answering our questions and giving us recommendations. I would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Summary: This was by far one of the best I have stayed in. Fully equipped, including a safe. Very clean , bright & updated. The owner was very accommodating and was quick to answer emails. I would give this a 5 . It is an easy walk into the old city.
