The noble, fully equipped apartment offers on 50m2 a double room for 2 people (+ max. 2 additional people, hotel sofa). The exclusive bathroom offers a shower, toilet, urinal and hairdryer. The great room concept of the living / dining room invites you to relax and get together not only because of the large flat-screen TV, HiFi system, DVD & Blu Ray player. The high-quality kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine incl. Starter capsules. We also thought of our little ones. The baby package with cot, high chair and bottle warmer is available free of charge in the apartment.
You can relax on the partially green roof terrace and enjoy the view of the "Mönchsberg", the "Rainberg" and the villas in the Riedenburg district. The roof terrace with its cozy lounge furniture and comfortable sun loungers is the ideal place to relax. In the evening you can enjoy the end of the day thanks to romantic lighting.
We are a "self-check-in" apartment. There is NO reception on site. Please note that it is absolutely necessary to have the door pin code sent by us upon arrival (receipt of the code approx. 2 weeks before arrival). This code replaces the key and opens your apartment during your stay!
All necessary registration formalities are ready for you in the apartment. Please fill it out in your own interest.
The housekeeper is there by the hour, otherwise she can only be reached by phone in urgent cases.
We are a non-smoking apartment, so we ask you to smoke only on the balcony / terrace.

Summary: This was a cute little apartment, but there was a major construction project going on during our stay right in front of the building and right next to it. Some days we didn’t know how to get out, because it was always blocked off right in front of our building. The worst of it was the noise level every morning at 7:00 am and the shaking of the building. It felt like the ground was constantly vibrating. I don’t know how long this project will take, but it looked like a big project that will go on for weeks. As far as location is concerned, it was a a quick 10 minute walk right into the center of the city, so that was nice.

Summary: We loved the gorgeous property. It was very clean and comfortable. Access to the property was easy using a code given in advance. No need for keys! I would definitely recommend this property to my friends!

Summary: The flat is well furnished and appointed. There is a grocery store 1 block away. The walk into the center of town is about 20 minutes, or shorter via the nearby bus line. We loved the rooftop deck and would definitely stay again.

Summary: Could not be more happy. Was clean and quite large with a fantastic price. We walked everyday into town and could use the bus stop less than a block from us but walking was just as easy through the little tunnel under the mountain. Had a great Indian food restaurant and a grocery store super close. Would rather stay here again then downtown. thank you

Summary: Our stay started by having difficulty finding the Villa, our GPS took us to a different location. When we phoned to get directions, no-one spoke English. Finally found the Villa and was not disappointed. Parking is very limited, but a very nice Villa and a great location.

Summary: The apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. Keyless access was nice and the double entry made us feel secure. Well equipped with everything we needed Wonderfully large walk-in shower with lots of hot water. Great location for bus service into town. The bus stop was only 40-50 meters away on the same street. Wonderful small bar/restaurant less the 50 meters down the street serving great home made food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. We ate there several times. Parking was challenging to understand despite the instruction sheet we found in the apt.. We ended up parking safely on the street in front of the building but were not sure if we were allowed to do so. The busy street out front (cars, trucks and buses) and a very large construction project going on across the street made sleeping late difficult. Overall, this is a very nice property and we were happy with our choice.
