The spacious, luxuriously appointed apartment offers urban- 70m2 two double rooms for 4 persons (+ max. 2 additional persons, hotel sofa). The exclusive bathroom is equipped with shower and hair dryer. The toilet and urinal are created separately. The stylishly furnished living room with large flat screen TV, hi-fi system, DVD & Blu Ray Players invites you to relax. Pleasurable cooking and nice get-together provides the superbly equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine incl. Starter capsules. Even our little ones we have thought. The Baby package with baby bed, high chair and bottle warmer is available free in the apartment. A garden / balcony is one of your personal retreat.
On the teilbegrünten rooftop you can relax and enjoy the view of the "Mönchsberg", the "Rain Mountain" and the villas of the district Riedenburg. The rooftop terrace offers with its cozy lounge furniture and comfortable lounge chairs is the ideal place to relax. In the evening you can enjoy the end of the day there, thanks to romantic lighting.
We are a "Self-check-in" Apartment. There is no reception on site. Please note that it is absolutely necessary at the arrival, we send the Door Pin Code to have (obtaining approximately 2 weeks prior to arrival) with you. This code replaces the key and open your apartment during your stay!
All necessary registration formalities are provided in the apartment for you. Please fill this out in its own interest.
The housekeeper is on an hourly basis because, otherwise this is only in urgent cases, by telephone.
We are a non-smoking apartment, accordingly please only on the balcony / terrace to smoke.

Summary: We had a great stay in this apartment! It was very clean and was within walking distance to everything. Laundry in the basement was a bonus. Very easy check in/check out. Salzburg around the holidays was beautiful! The Christmas markets were wonderful and it was not crowded. Highly recommend.

Summary: This is a new property....very nice floor plan, great kitchen & upgraded finish out. Washer & dryer available on site. Convenient to grocery store & bakery as well as town center. The roof top terrace is terrific. There is new construction in the area but that did not bother us at all! Would love to stay there again!

Summary: I would highly recommend staying in this building. It was everything they said it was. Modern, clean, very comfortable and very close to a bus stop. Very easy check-in, with great information available upon arrival, no key to lose, basically very hassle free. Easy communication with the Management Company. The rooftop terrace was amazing. Salzburg was one of the highlights of our trip, an unbelievably awesome city! I would certainly stay here again. I only have a few words of minimal caution, none of which would stop me from staying here. The neighborhood is very nice, but it is going through some heavy revitalization construction at the moment. It did not bother me at all, but if you are a really light sleeper the construction is right across the street and they seemed to start very early, 630ish. Be cautious of the stairway, it's beautiful, but it is designed in such a manner that if you are not cautious you may have an accident, we had a few. Haha. So check it out upon arrival, before you carry your bags up, and all will be great!

Summary: Our family enjoyed our stay. We only stayed one night as we are traveling through Austria. This property is absolutely remarkable and live up to the description. The 15 minute walk was easy with three kids and there is lots to see in old town. It was about 90 degrees when we were there but the fans made it comfortable. Thank you again

Summary: We should have booked more days in Salzburg! This lovely apartment was the perfect home base for exploring the area around Salzburg! The apartment is spacious, modern, comfortable and well equipped with anything you might need for your stay! We loved the comfortable beds and wish the weather would have permitted visiting the lovely balcony! Our host Sylvia was super helpful with arrangements and very easy to communicate with! She helped to arrange a taxi for us at the train station, and we ended up using the same wonderful taxi driver during our stay! Though it might seem like a long walk into the AltStadt, it really only took about 12 minutes, and it was fun to walk through the tunnel in the mountain! We look forward to staying here again, during a future stay in Salzburg, and would love to recommend it to anyone who wants a special place to stay!

Summary: We stayed for two days and wish we could have stayed for more. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. Everything appeared brand new - GREAT kitchen, spacious bedrooms, once of the best bathrooms we had (fantastic rain shower that can actually fit a tall person), with a cute backyard. Everything was perfect, other than it being a bit of a hike into the old town --but that might reflect how lazy we were because it really is only about a 15 minute walk and there are buses. It's very quiet, although you can hear the footsteps from above (thankfully our upstairs neighbors went to sleep early).
