Positive: Top location, few steps from the beach. Very spacious and well decorated. Flexible check-in and beach towels.
Negative: No AC - the photos show it, but they are not installed (during a heat wave, the fans are not enough to cool it) Check-out: 10 minutes before 11am, the cleaning was already there ringing it. Amenities: the house is quite expensive, so would be nice to have some things for the guests to use (like olive oil, salt or pepper, the basic)

Positive: Stunning property, featuring a really well kitted out kitchen, comfy beds, a spacious living room and 2 very nice bathrooms. Location is absolutely perfect, 2 min walk from the beach, 10 mins from old town for pintxos and beers.

Negative: The washer /dryer had a smell that was different - might be the detergent available in europe being different. Not sure.

Positive: Javier was very accommodating and met us at at time suitable for our arrival. He provided a book of recommendations for food and activities that was extremely useful and clearly took a lot of time to put together. He really went over and above with anything that we needed or any questions we might have had. The accommodation was finished to a high standard, spacious, clean, had all facilities you would require, . Also it was in an excellent location short walk from the beach and old town. Could not recommend it highly enough.
