Positive: Comfy beds, located on the Main Street so able to walk to the centre easily.
Negative: The sauna, steam room and spa didn’t get hot enough, they were broken a few days during our week long stay there. The restaurant at the hotel was terrible and very expensive. No microwave in the room but you get a get a kettle, fridge and coffee machine. No Netflix ect on the TV which is so disappointing as after a long day snowboarding it would be nice to watch a movie at night.

Positive: We had to go out for breakfast 😞 I don’t sleep great and requested a quiet part of the hotel. The receptionist respected my request and accommodated me. We however didn’t receive direction where the elevator was or the hot tub and sauna. I would definitely recommend your hotel to friends.
Negative: Cigarette butts on the ground outside the hotel and the ashtrays make it look dirty.
Summary: Thank you for making our first visit to Banff wonderful ‼️
