Negative: Room was far too hot and you can't turn the temperature down. Dated kitchen. 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people but only 1 2 seater sofa.

Positive: Location was great.
Negative: I did not likte the fact that parking was extra and the bedroom was so small. I had to duck my head to get around to my side of the bed, I do not think in Australia this would have passed the building code.
Summary: We loved Banff and will be back but unfortunately not to this accomodation

Positive: We were able to check in a little early. And the rooms are very comfortable and well sized. It fits wheel chair perfectly. The receptionist was extremely nice to accommodate us.

Positive: We got given a pre check in with codes etc to the rooms and building. Was very easy to understand! Since we did check in a bit early, we met Ash at the reception, she helped activate the codes for earlier access and it was easy!
Negative: Honestly, nothing. All was expected!
