Summary: Awesome hot tub facility, with steam & sauna rooms, except towels should be in the area, not at the front desk. We had a loft room with three double beds and it was very comfortable for our family. Very friendly staff The Parkade also fits a regular half ton pick up, which is nice

Summary: The room was comfortable, the bed comforter was fluffy and warm, the jacuzzi was great, and the underground parking was great in the snow. The staff were very helpful and friendly too!

Summary: Staff were friendly and the room was nice overall. However, it would have been great to have a microwave in the room, as well as disposable slippers for accessing the spa. There were also no tea bags provided—only two sachets of coffee. The biggest disappointment was the spa. We booked this hotel specifically to use the spa facilities, but we tried twice to use the sauna and steam room and both times they weren’t warm at all. These should really be switched on in the morning so they’re ready for guests by 10am. We did use the hot tub but it was quite cold and would be much more enjoyable if it were warmer.

Summary: The hotel was clean. The accommodations - towels, furnishings, room amenities were as cheap and run down as they get. Beware parking is over $20 per night and off street parking is near impossible. So even though nightly rate might be a little lower, you will still have to pay for parking where the neighboring hotels you do not. Trust me you will want parking

Summary: Room was clean, great location walking distance to everything. Fan in the room and fireplace were noisy and the mattress was a little stiff for our taste! The hotel itself was great and so was the little restaurant downstairs. Would stay again.
