Positive: It was a quick drive into Banff.
Negative: It was right beside the highway and really noisy. Didn’t notice sooner but no a/c and very hard to get airflow through to cool down at night. In quite a bit of disrepair. I thought it would be nicer, honestly.
Summary: Lovely staff, facilities dated and in disrepair, noisy.

Positive: Liked having the hot tub and restaurant on site. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.
Negative: The 1 bedroom unit we were in was good but was showing some wear and needed attention to few items.

Positive: We loved the location and everything that it offered and the shuttle into the town made it easier to get into Banff.
Negative: We used the pool twice during the stay and after using the pool we broke out into rashes, it smelt like we had just gotten out of the pool after we had a shower or bath breaking out into rashes
Summary: we liked the place overall but the one issue we had was after using the pool we broke out in rashes

Positive: Overall, I had a great experience. They were able to check me in early which as much appreciated. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare simple meals. I found the bed very comfortable. The front-end staff were very friendly and even called the room later in the day to make sure the room was satisfactory. The hotel is removed from town, which I like for the quiet as well as easy access to the highway.

Positive: We had a wonderfull stay. Felt relaxed by the room fireplace after a full day of skiing. We even opened the sofabed and were sleeping on it while listening to the fire crackling. Unfortunately the boyfriend hurt his leg so we could go wonder around and check the facilities. But all in all great stay.
