Negative: A joining rooms, with noisy neighbours hearing everything they said or did. Room needed updating with shower faucet broken, caulking, hot tub needed to cleaned and maintained. (no bubbles).

Summary: A dated hotel away from the town center. It was ok not worth the price.

Positive: It’s the first resort on the way to banff but it isn’t in the city centre! You’re able to avoid all of the people traffic and stay somewhere quiet.

Negative: The pillows were a bit stiff but that’s not a huge issue.

Summary: A cute, exclusive cabin on your way to the Banff city centre.

Positive: Great location! The staff were extremely friendly. Got a loft style room with a pullout sofa and was only expecting 1 washroom but there was actually 1.5 bathrooms which was a pleasant surprise! 1 shower and 2 toilets. The fireplace was also unexpected but very appreciated. It's so convenient that the lobby sells firewood and will deliver it to the door. Loved having a full fridge + microwave and kitchenette. Overall, had an amazing stay and would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Summary: Amazing stay. Would recommend to everyone.

Positive: The location is great if you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Negative: The room was quite worn out. The laminate flooring in the kitchen was peeling, the ceiling above the microwave was dirty and stained with soot, the coffee maker hadn’t been cleaned, and there were candy wrappers on the bedroom floor. The hand soap in the bathroom was expired and dried out. It was clear that the room cleaning had not been properly checked by a supervisor.

Negative: The only thing our room needed was a second sink outside the bathroom… that would have made it perfect.
