Brand New Build! Bungalow beautifully decorated with a coastal theme! This home is perfect for 1 or 2 couples or a small family. Loc. In Grandy, NC, 15 mi. from OBX (Outer banks) beaches and amenities. 10 Mi. to H2OBX waterpark. 20 mi. to beautiful Duck. Direct access to deep water canal leading out to the Currituck Sound. There is space to tie up your pontoon or small fishing boat at our dock. Local Boat Ramp close by. Access to beautiful sunrises and sunsets, or enjoy a swim in the Currituck Sound, bring your fishing gear and fish to your hearts content. Our neighborhood restaurant and bar in 5 minutes away and located in the neighborhood. The neighborhood has a small park with children's playset. If you prefer a quiet day or night in, cozy up on the sofa in front of the fireplace and watch a movie on the 55" Smart TV. This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, Huge bathroom with walk in shower. Linens and towels provided as well as travel size toiletries. Cable and Internet provided along with a phone charging pad at the butler station. This home also comes with an outdoor shower, Firepit, and a fish cleaning station. Summary: This was a wonderful property to stay at. Close to where I needed to be. Not far from the beach on the OBX. The bed was comfortable. The place was clean and tastefully decorated and had some nice modern updates. I absolutely loved my stay here and I will book this house each time I visit if it’s available!

Summary: What a wonderful property! Exactly as represented in the photos online. The host was very gracious, leaving us snacks, bottled water and coffee pods, along with a great "welcome" note! Don't let the distance from Kitty Hawk, Nags Head, etc., deter you from staying this far out! Grandy is a quaint little area and the locals are friendly, and OBX is just a half hour away. A great retreat for couples!

Summary: Very impressed just by the level of care the host took with us. From a hand written note welcoming us and giving instructions to anything we might have questions about, to making sure we had everything we needed. The cabinets were fully stocked with coffee, snacks, and and seasonings we would need with our cooking. There is even a propane grill if you are wanting to have a barbecue out back next to the canal. The house is in close proximity to the grocery store and shopping areas. About 10 or so minutes to the OBX water park! Also 25-30 minute drive to the nearest beach. A great experience all around for my friends and I!

Summary: I absolutely fell in love with this bungalow online and even more once we checked in. It’s also perfect distance from the beach so that you’re not in traffic and you get amazing locations that aren’t packed at the beach. The cleanliness was perfect, the outside shower was great from coming back from the beach sand wash off. I would love to stay again!
