Positive: Closed to a public beach access with free parking at E Hayman Blvd. Very Bright, nice kitchen, nice toaster, ample, nice balcony, well equipped for cooking, lots of towels, lots of fans, shampoo, conditioner, and starter kit, lots of kitchen accessories, outdoor shower, beach accessories (lots more of beach chairs, biggie board, shades, cart, etc), comfy soft blankets, decent beds, nice furniture, two types of coffee maker (French press and keurig), nice floors, clean ample house. Patio for the dog. Closed to a brew thru. Closed to supermarkets etc
Negative: Missing a grill, is not really walking distance to the beach (there is a 4 way highway with no lights to cross) , no lights in the outdoor shower area (or didn’t work), shower in the outdoor area is only handheld, no ice cube maker, there are only 2 bikes, the patio grass wasn’t cut. Couch wasn’t big enough for 5 adults. Bed in second bedroom makes noise.
Summary: Confortable house close within driving distance to everything you need. Well equipped for cooking.

Positive: Other than the things we didn’t care about, the house wasn’t bad, it’s walking distance to the beach, close to all the restaurants.
Negative: The couch was uncomfortable, it had no regular tv or cable, it had the Firestik so there was only things to watch on the fire stick. With it being December we were in the house more than if it was summertime, so those couple of things we didn’t care for. Something was also wrong with the lighting, lights flickering.

Positive: The place was good and easy to find. We love that you have a shower outside. The living room is the right place to bond with family or friends. Especially that your tv is a smart tv that we enjoyed using it. The size of each bed is perfect. And it's nice that you have the washing machine, ceiling fan and beach stuff.
Negative: Need to be paid attention to, dusting that cause to have some pests like in the bed. Second, the door(glass door) is hard to open and close. And when we had this urgent problem that we lost electricity in the kitchen even I already called for the maintenance nobody came to help us. And flies before we came. And no hair dryer.

Positive: It was a convenient location and was ideal for pets. Large fenced in yard. House and furniture were clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. There is a view of the sunrise looking down the street from the porch.
Negative: There was some poison ivy growing in the backyard.
