Amazing views of the red cliffs in the Animas River Valley. Walking distance to Durango city trolly located (across HWY 550) and Mountain Annie’s shop. Great wildlife viewing from the outside deck overlooking the Million Dollar Highway and Animas cliffs.

Summary: So easy to get everywhere. Close to downtown but far enough away from hustle. Nice to be close to trails. Apartment is laid out well and had everything you need. Great month here!

Summary: Easy check in, ample parking, clean condo. Quick communication with host but there was little need as we had no issues during our stay. Nice tv, ample kitchen, AC works great. Some road noise when on balcony but the views are spectacular. The trolley stop is just across the street for easy access to downtown Durango.

Summary: We wanted something more than an extended stay unit for our 1 month in Durango. This unit was great, kitchen was well equipped, view was fantastic and the entire property was very quiet.
