Positive: The location was great to go to other places as well as very good access with a walk to the beach. The 🏠 is accessible and my 80 plus parents had no problems. The garden is big and it gets sun all day.

Negative: Only a few little things, no scissors, light faulty in upstairs twin. Could do with some pint glasses and champagne glasses. Was very disappointed that I had contacted you with no reply at all.

Positive: As soon as you settle in to The Beach House you feel so much at home, everything you needed was there, the kitchen was very well equipped, and there is plenty of space for all the family and WiFi was great, all the bedrooms were very clean and cosy and warm and great views of the dunes from the rear of the property, the outside was perfect for all the family too enjoy along with any fury friends you take along, with excellent access to the beach ⛱️ the village is very nice with shops and restaurants and pubs very close by, and a 10-15 mins walk to the beach and a fantastic base for travelling up and down the North Norfolk coast and you can see the seals 🦭 and have a coffee ☕️ and something delicious to eat at the cabins with paid car parking. we will be differently considering returning as a family as soon as we can, as it was also perfect for my disabled mother to be independent if she needed to be, and the games 🎮 room was great for having a space for the kids to. all in all a fantastic retreat for all the family and is a lot bigger than you think. and fantastic for families who need time out and a quiet space
Negative: nothing really- only if you require a perfect pillow for sleeping then take your own, and the fact that we didn't want to leave when our stay came to an end

Positive: Absolutely stunning place enough space for everyone. We definitely want to come again and bring more family with us. Love how we could go out the back gate straight onto the dunes. Kids loved the games room and the ping pong table. Well equipped 2 mins walk to beach. Poppy's tea rooms is amazing down the road.
Negative: My car breaking down apart from that the place is lovely well equipped, plenty of space. Things to improve on I would put some younger toys in games room as in building bricks or train track for younger kids as it was very teenager stuff to do. Clearer instructions as in if you wanted beds stripped or where to put towels at end of stay. Also on instructions let people know they can turn where the sign says public path as I did think can we drive down there or not as it stated public path. Amazing house and sea views. The sunrise and sunset is amazing from the back bedrooms or even better on the dunes or beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay muchly appreciated.
