Summary: This was our second visit to this property for a short stay. We love the location, perfect for dog walking. The property is spacious but cosy with everything you could possibly need. Lovely welcome pack. Contact with the owner was really easy and quick. Will be going again soon, hopefully.

Summary: Really nice property and excellent communication with Mike from booking onwards. Thank-you. Enjoyed daily trip to the Beach and ease of access to coastal path walks. Overall rating was 4 stars and not 5 because of the absence of an outside tap. This would be really handy for rinsing off outdoor shoes and wet suits etc. Watering can did the job but outside tap would make things so much easier.

Summary: We have justed stayed with friends for 4 nights in this lovely cottage. Central Village location within easy walking distance of amenities and beach. Cottage was warm and cosy with good facilities. Would highly recommend. Easy to book and excellent value for money

Summary: We so enjoyed Little Tern Cottage. We were in town for a busy wedding weekend and it was a nice place to come home to. We wanted to write in the guest book but ran out of time. Mike was an awesome host!

Summary: Great stay! Loved the barn was a very comfortable place to stay ! Really well equipped everything we needed was there! The location was perfect we was actually 10 minute walk to the beach which our dogs Arthur & Monty loved fortunately we were blessed with lovely sunshine and made the most of winterton on sea beautiful beach ! Couldn’t fault this beautiful barn definitely returning a very beautiful place stay and the village is so quaint
